Y’all made a believer out of an atheist in me. Growing up religion was never forced on me, and when I finally became interested in it I had some bad first experiences. It wasn’t until y’all started talking about the idea of being gods vessel, empowering the god inside of you, that really helped it click for me. That, paired with a lot of the books y’all recommend has really changed my perspective on god and life in general. Forever grateful and forever a fan. Aten.

I once was wanted in an all black band but these cats werent in the pocket enough or original enough for me. talk about disappointed cause i expected, you know what i wanted, groove and expression, i wanted to do shows that tackle race and class issues. they looked at me like i was out there. these dudes made it in my list of shit i like.
