The meaning behind my new song “Ready and Willing” is essentially opening up your heart to new possibilities. I wrote this song years ago about my fear of loving again after being hurt so many times in relationships, but I find myself applying the lyrics to so many new things in life. From what’s happening in the world right now with racial injustice, to how much my life has changed in this pandemic, to even the loss of our pregnancy. I need to embrace changes, set intentions, and trust that there is a greater plan no matter what.
Music heals, and this song is intended for you to receive what you want from it.
