Haha I put that dent in my cans too. I dent the can and also turn the tab about 45*. It started back in my early drinking days to identify my drink while at a party. I continue to do that to anything I drink out of a can to this day.
For a duty rig, look at a Safariland for a G34 for equipping a G45 with comp and SF x300. Primary function of the comp is keeping your WML clean... annnd as a bonus it helps with follow-up shots, too 😉
I have both and love both. I agree that the 47 has a tad less felt recoil. I’m fortunate enough to have both and will keep both. I did get the 45 first, and just decided I wanted the 47 as well. Can’t go wrong with either one.
I went Glock 17 mos gen5. Absolutely the best. Then I got the 43x standard no mos. Very good also. I'm a Glock fan. I'm looking into the 19x next I just like it. The only thing is I would like night sights to come on the Glock. Everyone else has that. Great video.
Thank you! Can’t really go wrong with glock and their reliability and aftermarket support. I would love to see them come with some suppressor higher night sites too!
Night sights as standard makes sense in 2009. If it's an optics cut gun, optics height sights make more sense. I actually think the poly sights on MOS Glocks are fine since we don't have an industry standard sight height that will fit all optics (keeping in mind variances in optic height, plate height, and personal preferences). For Glock and everyone else it's generally easier to let the consumer decide what he wants to put on his pistol rather than them pay an extra 30-50 bucks for sights they don't want and didn't ask for.
@@Meaty556the 45 while having more muzzle flip on blowback actually cycles forward softer than the 47 - this is part of what makes it faster at rapid firing, as the balance in the hand and reduced mass up top works on its favor. Force is Mass * Acceleration so even slightly less mass going forward leads to a quicker stabilization rate. Can’t go wrong with either gun. 47 shoots softer but isn’t as fast rapid firing, 45 has more flip but ends up faster on the shot clock. I have the 45 and 49 which gives me the 45, 19.5, 19L (49), 47. Love them all, never use the 49 (19L).
It's cool u guys are active duty in the C.G. I spent 9 years in the Aux. Out of station, Milwaukee qualified as boat crew. Looks like a good move getting away from that DA heavy trigger from Sig. The nice thing about any Glock is that you can sell or trade in and out of them without losing your shirt like a Toyota.. I've bought and sold other brands but keep coming back to Glock for some reason.
Got a Holosun 507 Comp directly mounted to Glock 45 I had milled for it, and an Olight 1,500 lumen PL-Pro Valkyrie for the light. May further add the Radian Ramjet Afterburner comp to it as well, which make the total length still not quite as long as a G17. Anyways, *liked and subscribed.
I’ve heard, not experienced that too potent of a gun light can blind the shooter. This is especially true if reflected off white or light colored walls. So “they” say 500 lumens is plenty. Thoughts?
I haven’t had an issue with too bright of a light, I could see a problem if the target was in front of a mirror or something of that nature potentially. I will say, under nods too bright of an IR illuminator will wash out the whole room.
Nice guns. I enjoyed the convo. I read the Border Patrol recently got 47s as well. It seems the days are numbered for the trusty old 17. Currently packing the 45 with a TLR7a. Nice and flush with the muzzle and doesn't add any width. I don't know how guys pack those x300s in appendix rigs but rock on!
First thing you should have done was check and cleared both Glocks.. you pointed the weapon twice at your buddy next to you.. remember Safety first.! Always.! Other than that .. great video
Hi. Both guns were cleared multiple times before the video started and ammunition was removed from the filming area. Also, I never once pointed a firearm at my friend, and never would, but thank you for the concern and comment!
Gentlemen, the moment you put the Surefire X300 any model or a Streamlight TLR-1 or 2, you are negating the "easier to Conceal Factor" with length of slide going into pants or Holster.
When is the last time you were legitimately looking at other dude’s crotch area to see if they were carrying a concealed handgun? I’m genuinely asking for my own curiosity, not to be condescending. I’m 6’2, 210lbs fit guy and live at the beach, so I’m wearing Vuori (super thin lightweight elastic waistband) shorts and a tank top or tshirt 90% of the time. I appendix carry a 19x with a light and optic out of a kydex sincity holster with a utilclip……and unless my shirt gets hung up on top of the grip for some reason due to movement…. there’s no discernible “print” or any kind of aesthetic anomaly that draws attention to it. I’m personally not cock scanning for potential bulges, but while in public I’m hyper aware of those around me and their body language….but I’ve never seen anyone observing my waistband. Just curious if it is something that is practiced for real or maybe something that is just indoctrinated through the marketing of small guns or improper holstering

I just shot with the comp this weekend. It really mitigates recoil. I like it a lot.
i genuinely love this channel, no BS, no faked reviews... keep up the good work brother! 🤘
Thank you dude! That’s the goal. I’m glad you enjoy it!

If you're going to run x300s you might as well get the full size barrel/slide. Once I started running the x300 I just started carrying the g34.
I'm thinking about getting a G45 GEN5 MOS.
I really like mine. I would buy it again. The 47 is really cool but harder to conceal yet has slightly less muzzle flip. It’s always a trade off!

Remington oil wipes wipe the gun powder residue off the light very well. I use them every time I shoot.
I’ll give em a whirl!
19.5 + 47 = 45 + 49.
That’s Glock Maths

Big props to the AUX! And absolutely. Love the Glock line
Nice video! I run the Glock 19x absolutely love it, I just wish it had the MOS system.
If you really wanted to, you can always get it milled for an optic!
@@Meaty556 Im strongly considering it, a FDE RMR type 2 would make it perfect for me. I have a fde x300u on it aswell, shmexy for a Glock lol.
Dudeee that would look so sick. Send me a pic if you do it!
@@Meaty556 for sure man!
Flashlight carbon: light coat of clp, gun oil...works for me. I’m liking that g45 mos w holosun red dot.

Heck yeah that’s an awesome build! Good quality parts that’ll last is the name of the game for me. Thanks for liking and subscribing!
Try the 19x is so smooth

I actually just saw one on a friends gun. I like the tlr7a! Thanks for stopping by!
You make great videos bro!!
Thank you!!!
Great videos. Carry on!
Thank you!
Holosun SCS optic sight. Just park your gun slide in the sun for a few hours and you’re good to go for a while.
Have watched every video of yours so far. Love your flow and style of videos. Keep up the great work!
Thank you!
Glocks, Kel-Tec, Hi-Point.
Got the 45 and 19x, 43x , 19. Wanting that 47 mos next. 😂
Quite the collection. I support it! Glocks are the best

Depends on person clothes belt and gear and position of carry

Ehh yes and no
You drink all the coffee you want 👍
Haha thanks Scott.
Shout out to bryson, i was really considering a g47 but ended up going with a glock 45, love it so far. #StayGirthy 😂
They’re both awesome. Thanks for checkin in #girthgang
47 is the best especially if you already have a 19
I thought the Coast Gaurd adopted the Glock 19?
19 MOS & 47 MOS for specific units 🤘🏼
Get the Olight Valkyrie bro. It's rechargeable and don't even have to take the light off the gun.
Might have to check it out. I’m a huge fan of the x300u as of lately
Olight 💥 company lol 😂
Just get a Walther PDP you'll thank me later.
You're not wrong
Go dawgs!! Sic em
We don't care about your holster get to the gun
You can fast forward Marcus
