I wish you the best of luck for your upcoming calm year. My word is "Freude" (German for joy). It isn't strictly OLW, but started as a coping strategy I was advised to utilise against depression and burn-out in my job. Essentially I get 10 minutes to vent (my husband is a really good listener) and then sit down in the evening and instead of going to bed still full of frustration, sadness and sometimes even rage, I concentrate on the good things that happened that day. It works so well I even do it on days when I feel good all around. So my word has been my word for the last 3 years. I tried "thankful" last year, but really missed the effect of my evening practice with "joy", it just wasn't the same, so I switched back after 2 weeks and haven't felt the need to go looking for another word yet.
I love that word you chose! It’s an interesting one! Mine is TIME, as I want to be more intentional about how I spend my time, and balance better my work time vs play time… I like that you are intending to use this album for two years: I do that too (in a 3x8 album), and I love the challenge of not building too much bulk. I hope you find a way to stay motivated by this project and by your word throughout the year, and that you share of those videos here too… 😊📷⭐️

Please continue to share your album. This is my second year doing one little word. My word for 2024 was Live. My word for 2025 is Honor.
What a lovely word! I definitely plan to continue sharing :)
