Apart from being sued, another important reason to go Ltd is to pay less tax. As a Ltd company you pay tax after expense, while sole proprietor pays tax 1st in most cases

LLC can be for any business. If you're making clothes you're gonna need trademark and certain documents to protect your designs etc

A hairdresser can easily be sued. Anyone can be sued for lack of duty of care. Eg, leaving a relaxer on for too long.
Your information is okay but you're not supposed to advise on which choice to make. Give all the information. If you are thorough enough then viewers can make an informed decision.

At the end of the day, I believe companies are the best corporate vehicles. You never know what kind of lawsuits you may face. For example, file wrong documents for the wrong person and bam! You’re served 🤷🏽♀️ it may not happen but what if it does? Worse if you get a physical location and someone slips and falls in your office. MULTIMILLION DOLLAR LAWSUIT.
