IT WENT GREAT! Besides the whole trainer kicking my butt thing HEHE. Leading up to going and even waiting I was nervous, But they were all so sweet and PATIENT
I have adrenal problems and I've always said if I end up in hospital and need to take extra steroid medication I'll be taking it and I don't give a stuff what the hospital say. I swear a lot so I say **** regulations. I'd rather stay alive and self-medicate over hospital objections rather than die waiting for them to authorise the meds or for someone to take forever to come in. Big hugs, hoping you recover enough to go home soon.
Jaquie seems so relaxed in this vlog, I love it! Especially with actually hearivg her swear for once which is really funny! You seem so much better, it’s great!
I've got a ton of respect for you, Jaquie. Your positivity is fantastic. BTW, I could totally relate to the bladder issues as I have interstitial cystitis, so when you were describing that I was TOTALLY feeling your pain.
I have IC too, and the medicine for it didn't help. Isn't peeing a million times a day and always having pelvic pain the WORST? I didn't know Jaquie had IC too?? Darn bladders, on top of everything else
You seem so positive and happy here, it's great! Almost hyper haha, is that pain pump working well? I have MCAS, it's good the Benadryl helps, I get so red with hives it's awful.
DoubleEmA actually yesterday was the least amount of pain meds I needed since surgery. Pain meds make me subdued/sleepy. Yesterday I was finallt feeling like the heavy fog of side effects lifted a bit - I was more myself and bubbly 💪
Pain medication like diluadid always make my mast cell flare up like crazy and I end up always itching like crazy and having to get a dose of Benadryl. Maybe this could be what’s happening?
I know how you feel with allergic reactions, they're daily for me. The way I abort them is with liquid children's benadryl, but it's so slow now because of gastroparesis. The trips to the ER are no fun at all. Those bathroom doors in hospitals are way too heavy, it's so hard to maneuver with the pole. I'm praying for your recovery 😊💕
I'm hoping you get to go home soon to get lots of Harlow snuggles, Jaquie! And also, if you ever need help or tutoring with Communication Studies, please don't hesitate to send a DM! We're expecting a foot of snow here in the north overnight, let me know if you want some of it LOL! You're doing great and I'm glad to see you so positive even when times are tough. My personal mantra is "Bad times are just times that are bad". Maybe saying this to yourself can help you keep moving forward!
Girl anybody who's ever had an allergic reaction like that knows how you feel. When you feel like you have bugs crawling beneath the surface of your skin and the itch just won't go away it is literally maddening! My doctors put me on a medication (and of times right now I cannot remember the name of it to save my life!!) when I was a teenager. It was like a booster, to make it seem like I was taking more of my primary treatment when I really wasn't. Anyway, I woke up frantically scratching the soles of my feet and the palms of my hands. I mean I really thought I'd lose my sanity if I didn't get relief. I was in 16 so that made it even harder on me emotionally. Anyway that reaction was so severe that that Med caused Hepatitis! I have had a few allergic reactions similar to that in my adult years with no known cause whatsoever. So girl Jaquie you are not alone lol. I feel ya! Prayers and well wishes to you and your recovery from the surgery!!
I can tell that you’re making progress in your recovery, and I’m so glad you have janiece and everyone around you. It’s bringing up your mood. Hoping that you can go home soon. Cheering you on from Oregon!
Hey Jaquie, I just wanted to reach out and tell you that I am so proud of your perseverance. I have been keeping you in my prayers and it is great to see little improvements through the grace of the Lord. I am a fellow chronic illness warrior, and watching your positive attitude and trust in God inspires me to keep fighting! My service dog Frodo (a briard) and I are sending our love for continued steps forward
Jaquie, rub don't itch. Now I want Trouble. I remember when I was little and in the hospital due to my eye surgeries, my fave games were Connect Four and Don't Break the Ice. The last time I was in the hospital last year, I was so thankful for my iPad Mini. Glad to see you're doing better.
You are such a determined young women. You have set your sights on getting out of the hospital and going home and you are doing great! I think it will be soon. Just keep moving forward!
Oh my goodness! Understand the itch, it is awful. I just got my MCAS diagnosis last week but I knew long before the official diagnosis. It is maddening! All over my scalp and face, especially my nose :P I do have a question though, does your skin peel easily/regularly? My hands peels constantly and are itchy as well as patches that tend to react the worst.
I don't have allergic rashes, but I get really bad eczema, I totally understand how maddening itches can get, sometimes I lose track of time and spend ten minutes scratching even though I know I shouldn't. I wish you a great recovery!
I’ve experienced severe reactions with itching and what I do that works best while waiting for Benadryl is to take something cold and hold it against whatever is itching.
Glad you are doing better and getting out of there soon. I hate those alarms. When Jim was in the hospital, if they didn't answer the alarm in a specified timeframe it got louder and louder. We had to call several times, so annoying! Hated their early schedule, I like to sleep in. Those doors are heavy and hard to maneuver with a walker and IV pole. I wear size 10/11 shoes, I'm 5'8" tall. My ex used to tell the shoe salesman to keep the shoes and give me the boxes, lol. Continue getting better. Attitude helps and having mom and friends there is a big plus. Sending love, prayers, and good thoughts!
I'm so glad you are doing so much better! i know your still in a lot of pain but you're looking so much better. Oh and hey I just saw your friend Julian and his service dog Pluto on ABC news!
Its what you're suppose to do when getting a tattoo because otherwise scratching would interfere with the healing process. So if she is breaking the skin and irritating it with scratching, then just slap where it itches. Not stupidly hard, unless sometimes thats what it takes to get the relief, otherwise a soft/medium slap normally does the trick. Nothing harsh about it, its a legitimate thing to relieve itching.
One of my friends looks like you and kinda sounds like you, it throws me off every time I see her I’m like. “Why do I recognize you” and then I’m like “wait..” and realized that she looks like you 😂 love you
Actually I've just been overly subdued and foggy the past few days from using the pain medicine. Yesterday was my best day with not needing it as much, I had less than a full dose all day. What you're seeing is my happy, bubbly self with less of the sleepy side effects.
With a diagnosis of dysautonomia it is strong strongly recommended that caffeine be avoided. I noticed in some of your blogs that you ask Judd for coffee or he makes you coffee. Be careful of your caffeine intake.
Oh how I understand the pain of having to wake up at like 5:30 AM in the hospital :D The nurses come in, turn on the light, start to talk loudly...omg that's the worst!
Ur mom is sooo funny. Ur mom makes u smile and laugh. That is the best. The nurses are really nice and they take great care of u. I'm sooooo happy that they are taking great take of u. Ur big foot. Lol. I love how janiece punishes u with the grammer and making u laugh. Lol do u know why u got a allergic reaction?
A Room Full Of Beautiful Souls. A trying time, yes. And yet you're *ALL* so entirely blessed to have one another. And two goldens w/ hearts/souls overflowing with the finest love ever? ... well, that is ... *Heaven!* (not that you need me to tell you the obvious. ;)
Narcotics and intravenous Benadryl are addictive. I hope you do not become dependant on these treatments. I hope the IVIG helps keep you in remission as long as possible. I know from my Multiple Sclerosis and kidney failure that I am not as talkative and lighthearted as you are when I am in pain. Stay well.
Its soooooo hard to not scratch!! Face, then forarms, the lower legs, until it is craaaaazzzyy. Im on scheduled daily now amd my hosp has my program down for the most part now. Fingers crossed IVIG can help me
This is a personal question so don’t feel you have to reply but does your period affect your chronic illnesses or vice versa? I was just wondering because they’re hard enough already 😐
She’s on the pill because of it, but it’s a 90 day one and not a 28 day one. I’m doing the same thing because my pots and eds make my periods terrible. Also some undiagnosed gyno issues so that’s part of it😂 birth control really is a life saver.
"Mom I can't open this heavy ass door" lol made my morning lol
Your and Janeice's friendship is a beautifully comical thing to witness.. thank you for the laughs! As a side note: I socialized today!
YAY ! take it slow... Tuesday I know i'm gonna have to because I start a class at my gym. Sorry, just responding now, tough day. (tired)
You have absolutely no reason to apologize :) Regarding Tuesday, you got this!
Thankyou
Hey, how did it go today?
IT WENT GREAT! Besides the whole trainer kicking my butt thing HEHE. Leading up to going and even waiting I was nervous, But they were all so sweet and PATIENT
10:55 "Yeah I'm expecting to see the walker tied to a whole bunch of bed sheets go flying out the window."
LMAO. Goddamit Judd. x)
“ i can’t open this heavy ass door” 😂😂😂😂
I can't understand why it was so funny but I was dying😂😂😂😂
1:05 made me laugh so hard 😂 I’m not use to you saying that
Lizzie Hill lol, I had to play it back several times because I never hear Jaquie talk like that either. #weareonlyhuman, lol!
Leah Cooper I played it back a few times too lol. It doesn’t bother me, but it caught me off guard lol 😂
Lizzie Hill same! Lol
Lizzie Hill same I had to rewind to make sure I heard right
Lmao yeah I had to reply it a few times too. She's so funny
I'm not used to hearing Jacquie swear 😂
Boop Boop when does she swear ?
Bens Emergency vids. She said ass at 1:05
Bens Emergency vids. 1:06
Danielle Johnson lol
I curse sometimes. Mostly in situstions like I did here, I didn't want to censor myself and cut it out though
Your mom is wonderful amazing. My mom help's me with my chronic illnessess. Take care of yourself young lady. Hugs. Prayers. Love💓💗💖🐾🐾🐕🐕😷🙏🙏🙏💪💪
You and your mom are so friggin funny together...At least she didn't yell "I'm not snoring!"" 😂😂😂
Jaquie seems so relaxed in this vlog, I love it! Especially with actually hearivg her swear for once which is really funny! You seem so much better, it’s great!
You seem so much more cheerful! I'm glad. Hopefully the next time you play trouble you'll win, and then get to go home.
Sammi Hom yesterday I did so well with not needing pain meds, I didn't have as much sleepiness/foginess. I felt like myself, more lively (:
I've got a ton of respect for you, Jaquie. Your positivity is fantastic. BTW, I could totally relate to the bladder issues as I have interstitial cystitis, so when you were describing that I was TOTALLY feeling your pain.
I have IC too, and the medicine for it didn't help. Isn't peeing a million times a day and always having pelvic pain the WORST? I didn't know Jaquie had IC too?? Darn bladders, on top of everything else
LOL Jacquie, your mom is the best. You're looking and sounding much better!
i had to rewind to make sure i heard that right😂😂 geez Jaquie
I watched Janiece's vlog this morning and half of this vlog was totally deja vu lol 😂😂
Jessica Braunscheidel me too
I'm sad they didn't include the part where she was playing with the plant
You seem so positive and happy here, it's great! Almost hyper haha, is that pain pump working well? I have MCAS, it's good the Benadryl helps, I get so red with hives it's awful.
You could tell Jaquie was high on some meds during this Vlog 😂 loved it ! Gave her a burst of energy almost lolol
DoubleEmA yep totally high on that sweet sweet dilaudid and Benadryl
DoubleEmA actually yesterday was the least amount of pain meds I needed since surgery. Pain meds make me subdued/sleepy. Yesterday I was finallt feeling like the heavy fog of side effects lifted a bit - I was more myself and bubbly 💪
It was great to see her having a great time with friends... that can be an even better pain reliever than some meds!
I'm waiting for the doctors to say jaq can't go home until she wins Trouble.
lol
praying everything goes well and you get out very soon❤️❤️❤️💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Great thing you have all these wonderful people to help you through your hospital stay!
Her attitude is so much more positive lately! Glad she's starting to feel better and tolerating her feeds better
Pain medication like diluadid always make my mast cell flare up like crazy and I end up always itching like crazy and having to get a dose of Benadryl. Maybe this could be what’s happening?
Glad to see a smile on your face! Hopefully you get out soon! Keep pushing forward you got this.
Anyone else not used to Jacquie swearing ?😂😂😂
sydney crandall she just said "heavy ass door"

You have had such a great recovery sins the first video you posted after your surgery hope you make a full successful recovery
I can tell that you’re making progress in your recovery, and I’m so glad you have janiece and everyone around you. It’s bringing up your mood. Hoping that you can go home soon. Cheering you on from Oregon!
Aww, that was an especially heartwarming Jaquie vlog. Thanks for sharing! Rooting for you :)

Love getting to watch your videos! You are so upbeat and positive through everything! Wishing you a speedy recovery!!

I'm so glad to see you having more periods of feeling like yourself!
It's so great to see you on your feet and laughing! I'm so glad you're getting better! Continuing to send you and your family thoughts and prayers
I had to replay the first minute because I thought I heard Jaquie swear and then I heard it again. 😂
I know me to lol
I don't have allergic rashes, but I get really bad eczema, I totally understand how maddening itches can get, sometimes I lose track of time and spend ten minutes scratching even though I know I shouldn't. I wish you a great recovery!
I’ve experienced severe reactions with itching and what I do that works best while waiting for Benadryl is to take something cold and hold it against whatever is itching.
Narcotics make itch and rash so bad. Its crazy how much you itch. Its awful. I feel for you!
This was one of the funniest vlogs :)
Use a soft tooth brush to scratch your itches. The toothbrush is stiff enough to help, but it won't damage your skin.
You're making great progress! You'll be out of the hospital in no time! The worst is behind you! God Bless.
That's so sweet that Janiece was so worried about her reaction. More worried about Jacquie.. Sweetheart.
You and Janiece make me laugh 😂 glad you guys are together. And you’re doing so much better Jackie!💓
Could be all the pain meds are making you itchy.
Laura Gud absolutely and most likely
Thank you for the two vlogs loving it. Hope you feel better and get home soon.
Janice “it doesn’t fit” I was dead
I understand the itching- my contact dermatitis is a solid three weeks of scratching until the skin breaks.
I loved this vlog! It really made me laugh! :) So glad to see you're feeling better!
Jacquie, I have faith one day you will win at Trouble again. Kick butt girl!!!
Yay! You seem in much better spirits today. And just by sheer random odds, you WILL win Trouble one of these days.
"Rookie Move" Judd!! 😂😂😂
I want to make a customized Trouble game with pink just for Jacquie and then whatever color her mom, Judd, and Janiece prefer :)
AHAHA We never hear you curse! I loved it!
Jaquie, RUB RUB RUB RUB don't scratch...!!!! RUB RUB RUB, don't Scratch!!!!!!!!!
Your mother is awesome! She is such a blessing 😊
You look so much improved from your last video! Hopefully next one will be at home :D
With the itching, have you tried slapping where it itches instead of scratching?
Sabrina Stone that sounds a little harsh...
It really helps though! Slapping interrupts the nerve signals that are causing the itching without the skin damage that scratching would cause.
Its what you're suppose to do when getting a tattoo because otherwise scratching would interfere with the healing process. So if she is breaking the skin and irritating it with scratching, then just slap where it itches. This was a hilarious vlog. Thank you for sharing it with us! I love seeing all of you together and the good times. :) Hope you get out soon!

I loved Harlow's and momma's moment :)))
I hope you are doing better, you look so happy in this vlog, loved it.
I love how happy you seem in this video! 💖
it's that sweet sweet dilaudid
hi jaquie, hope you are having a wonderful day (:
I can't get over how great your hair still looks after not washing it for a week. After 2 days mine is flat and stringy and greasy. You're lucky lol
You sound really high. Those pain meds must be doing a good job.
facemonkey13 She’s totally whacked! Too funny.
Actually I've just been overly subdued and foggy the past few days from using the pain medicine. Yesterday was my best day with not needing it as much, I had less than a full dose all day. What you're seeing is my happy, bubbly self with less of the sleepy side effects.

your looking so much better every day
i'm glad your getting better Jaquie:)
Wishing you a quick recovery
I hope u recover quick and stop having these reactions and everything gets better for u
Jaquie swearing is my favorite thing
If you tap the itchy area it helps the same as scratching!!🥀
liked the video as soon as i heard jaquie say "heavy ass door" lmaooo
Oh how I understand the pain of having to wake up at like 5:30 AM in the hospital :D The nurses come in, turn on the light, start to talk loudly...omg that's the worst!

It's good to see you are improving.
I think I can tolerate more pain than itching!
A Room Full Of Beautiful Souls. A trying time, yes. And yet you're *ALL* so entirely blessed to have one another. And two goldens w/ hearts/souls overflowing with the finest love ever? ... well, that is ... *Heaven!* (not that you need me to tell you the obvious. ;)
Glad she got to you in time. :)
I love you jaquie. You are not a magician but verry strong and so capable. Thanx for giving me hope💖❤💖❤💖
You and Janice are so funny together
For those upset by her saying, "...heavy ass door"; Really? All the awful things in the world and that bothers you! Walk a mile in her shoes!
Stay well.
Y’all made me smile 😊
Love your mom's laugh
Harlow is so adorable
You have really great friends and family. They love you very much. Hopefully you will be able to go home soon.
Wait, no one but harlow was able to be on the bed with her before cuz of the alarms. What changed?
Im sure they could ask a nurse to fix it/turn it off
Its soooooo hard to not scratch!!
Bethany Pascoe she does cause her weight always goes up and down. She answered this a while back on one the live vids she did on youtube
Channing Brady ah thank you I didn’t see it.
She’s on the pill because of it, but it’s a 90 day one and not a 28 day one. I’m doing the same thing because my pots and eds make my periods terrible. Also some undiagnosed gyno issues so that’s part of it😂 birth control really is a life saver.
