    A little tip, if speed wobble is an issue, look for a steering damper, I saw someone install one on a G2 Max (same build as the Pro) and they are pretty cheap, should enhance your high speed stability by miles, i plan on adding one to my G2 Max when i buy it next month, they are so well built, but their weakness is the steering and their pneumatic tires, looking to bullet proof both 😁

    My scooters different, my old one battery sucked. My other one the battery drops 1 line and remains on 4 lines for ages it’s seems to recuperate some battery if I stop for minute without using cruise control . The motor in this one obviously better quality I can feel it pick up gear on a wee slope. This one’s what I’m looking to possibly buy for my 4th one. How does that stem feel? Is there a lot of wobble? Seen others wobble to much . Looking more at the g2 max or ix6 for my upgrade.im 5f1 and average weight I need suspension, folding bars. Air tyres and 35mph or above. Ix6 is only 28mph

    • @ColinLeung
      @ColinLeung  5 месяцев назад +1

      Hello Gill, thanks for sharing your experience. I did not notice much of a wobble with the stem fully tightened. I recall it feeling less stable with the stem fully extended though, and personally prefer solid stems since I've had them drop on me from being semi-loose in the past.

    Hey loved your video. One thing nobody speaking about the tires can you get punctures dose it come with capabilities for a app. and does it tell you the mileage?

    • @ColinLeung
      @ColinLeung  Год назад +2

      Thanks. The tires are air filled, so you can get punctures. The package comes with a spare tube, and you can apply the self sealing puncture liquid inside the tubes to help. The manual did not reference an app, but you can see the mileage on the display.

    • @ColinLeung
      @ColinLeung  Год назад +2

      @@ErrollJones-s6d I've used the self healing stuff in a bike tire, and it worked. The only issue is that it dries after 6 months or so, and needs to be reapplied. It also makes the tire heavier, and tends to clog the inflator valve.

    • @ErrollJones-s6d
      @ErrollJones-s6d Год назад +1

      @@ColinLeung so how does the Apollo Pro company apply for self- healing to make it work so well? So what you're saying is going to make the scooter go slower? I really appreciate you answering me thanks so much

    • @ColinLeung
      @ColinLeung  Год назад +3

      @@ErrollJones-s6d Based on this video the Apollo uses tubeless tires with a layer of self healing gel. The Kugoo has tubes that can be punctured. One solution is to apply a puncture resistant liquid, which will add minimal weight, but weight regardless that may make the tire slower.

    Scooter is Junk and the company SUCKS. mine Worked for 2 weeks. At 54 miles the battery died. Fought with the company for a month. They refused to make it right then. I told them I am a 12 year electric vehicle technician. They need to make it right. At this point they completely stop responding to me. So
    The BMS was replaced in the battery. It worked, took it for a ride the motor overheated and quit. There are tons of people complaining About this.
    Company just look on the internet. You will find a lot of people saying the same thing about the battery being Bad or the motor quits. I've heard people having their wheels. Bent, it's just a horrible company.
