Sorry but this is not worth 7-8 millions. My estimate would be 3-5 million considering some of the furniture/fixtures are provided by the owner. and the materials used are only basic ones nothing special on the design.

Not defending NovCon, but 7 to 8 million means around PhP45,000 per sqm. sa mahal ng materials and labor nasa ganyan na ang presyuhan for something na pwede na tirhan. Note: nasa 189 sqm ang floor nya. May tubo, but I doubt 3 million ang tubo. BTW 4 to 5 is a livable 120 sqm na bahay with a similar finish. I know, I had mine being built right now.

I like how you make your houses. Elegant, practical, and modern. Given the price of construction nowadays, 7-8 million is quite affordable for its size, make, and build, to be honest. Those who just had their house being built since October 2022 or so knows na tama nga lang ang ganyang price for 189 sqm floor area.
