From Turkish Market buy only Meat,Chicken and Halal Noodles and never buy fruits and vegetables because it's very expensive. Turkish Restaurants have always Halal food.

IELTS is requirement for Education. It's not mandatory for working. One just have to show work permit of the company one is working for. Though German language with B1/B2 is good. It also depends whether one's company requires one to know german well or not. Hope it helps
