Now that’s the first time I’ve had an explanation on refusing bail and detaining people in the American courts ,, this man stated he’s not against detaining people and refusing bail !! but not due to financial hardship ? Only if they are considered a danger to the rest of us !! should they be refused bail and detained, if they can’t raise the bail bond due to financial hardship and are not a danger to anyone , why detain them until proven innocent or guilty ? Only those found guilty or considered a threat to anyone should be detained 🤔 that sounds perfectly reasonable to me.
