as far as I can figure it out, the title is like "sorry but you're both stupid", or possibly "sorry, both of us are stupid". literally it's "I hesitate to say this but: eye booger, nose booger". the last part is sort of a proverb-- like the eyeball crust is calling the booger gross, but the observer sees that they're both gross. great band great record.
Just saw they broke up a couple of days ago. A 41 year run which only got harder & crazier with every release. Still kicking myself for not going to see them when they played in the UK in 1989. RIP, you glorious bastards ! xxx

as of 26 October 2021, there are 13 complete idiots that have no taste in music whatsoever that have given this a "thumbs down" . this is a Great return for the band, and the best thing they have done since "Ka Wao Arrate..." in 1996. this is pure Hard Core Punk as only this band can play it, and sets the standard that any band should try to achieve. if youre looking for bullshit blast-beat Dbeat band-wagon jumping garbage, you wont find it here because this is The Real Deal.
