This anime has come such a long ways. When I first started I thought it was cute but assumed it would be just another typical Isekai. Boy was I wrong. The plot and the characters a phenomenal! This has easily fit into my top 10 favorite anime of all time
I keep saying, the strongest thing in this show is Shion's shirt button. Never pops out, and keeps his holding over her shirt even in the worst situations. Button-kun underrated character
I saw it put hilariously one time: "So here's my idea for a superhero; That piece of cloth that conveniently censors them no matter how much damage they sustain? Just use that piece and cover everything. Boom. Unkillable hero because they got indestructable clothes."
This show is one of those that once it ends, it sticks with you! In my honest opinion, this has to be one of if not the best Anime’s I’ve watched. Can’t wait til season 3!

This is a brilliant OP if you analyze the images and the lyrics and how well they compliment each other. The first stanza talking about fate happening over and over again and showing Veldora and Rimuru fist bumping in their human forms and then as before in dragon and slime forms. The second stanza talking about light that doesn't fade away and showing Rimuru's close friends. The third stanza talking about the road not being easy and not being swayed while showing the enemies and the troubles they will face. The forth stanza talking about getting up stronger and believing your self while showing the struggles and fights... It is all very well put together. My cudos to the artists.
To be fair, I think all but one of the the members of the Moderate Harlequin Alliance are about equal to the Orc Disaster at least in power. So not just clowns, but super strong clowns.
I never liked sleeveless. I liked the coat with the scarf, but I really like the new one too. Makes him look a lot more serious and comparable to the other demon lords

Pretty sure all the LN readers went into full fanboy mode when Guy Crimson made his short appearance. Plus we got to see the first look of Misery the Primordial of Green, Rain the Primordial of Blue, and Velzard the White Ice Dragon. I really hope this is an indication of future seasons for Tensura.

In a nutshell, Clayman tries to hold a trial of RImuru and Carrion in front of multiple geniuses that have ultimate skills, lost and gets upset and frantic, Carrion appears to make things even worse for him, Rimuru kills him and his soul, and Frey and Carrion became Milim's suborbanates.

OKAY, story time Ok so, before the story, need to make a few things clear first. 1. My memory sucks, badly. 2. I've watch too much anime. For the longest time, I've had this anime op stuck in my head but i just couldn't figure which anime it was from. All i could remember were the lyrics ♪lose controllll♪ and the rhythm. No matter how hard i tried, i just couldn't remember anymore of the song, and with how many animes I've watched, it could've literally been any of them. After like 3 or 4 months, maybe 5, i was starting to get desperate. I didn't want to spend all my time searching but that verse just kept repeating itself to the point where i just couldn't handle it anymore. I had to find that anime, no matter how long it took or how many animes i had to dig through. And the moment I clicked on youtube, i saw a video titled "First time reacting to 'that time i got reincarnated as a slime" op'(or something like that). THEN, that's when it hit me. It was the Enlightenment all over again, i could feel it. I started to think hard, and then i thought "waaaiittt a seconddd.. could it be?" So i clicked on the search bar, i typed in "tensura op" and i found this op. I was skeptical, scared, nervous. I wondered "what if it's wrong? Will i really have to search every anime I've ever watched?" After much hesitation, i clicked on the video, and as i listened and watch, it was like it all started flowing back again. I could remember, bits and pieces of the song coming back. And when it got to the part stuck in my head, that's when i knew, my life mission and suffering had come to an end. I jumped back in my chair in excitement, knowing "Finally, i can die happy ಥ‿ಥ" I will never forget this op again. It is time, now, for me to rest in peace.. (╥‿╥) TLDR: Forgot the opening but then remembered it again.

For me Gabiru and Gobta being seriuos in uniform is the funniest part of the opening
well gobta is strongest goblin and gabiru is later one of most op characters
@@wewryman that is true especially I really like Gobta because even though he is probably the least natural talented guy in Jura but he is one of strongest memner of it.

OKAY, story time
Ok so, before the story, need to make a few things clear first. 1. My memory sucks, badly. 2. I've watch too much anime.
For the longest time, I've had this anime op stuck in my head but i just couldn't figure which anime it was from. All i could remember were the lyrics ♪lose controllll♪ and the rhythm. No matter how hard i tried, i just couldn't remember anymore of the song, and with how many animes I've watched, it could've literally been any of them. After like 3 or 4 months, maybe 5, i was starting to get desperate. I didn't want to spend all my time searching but that verse just kept repeating itself to the point where i just couldn't handle it anymore. I had to find that anime, no matter how long it took or how many animes i had to dig through. And the moment I clicked on youtube, i saw a video titled "First time reacting to 'that time i got reincarnated as a slime" op'(or something like that). THEN, that's when it hit me. It was the Enlightenment all over again, i could feel it. I started to think hard, and then i thought "waaaiittt a seconddd.. could it be?" So i clicked on the search bar, i typed in "tensura op" and i found this op. I was skeptical, scared, nervous. I wondered "what if it's wrong? Will i really have to search every anime I've ever watched?" After much hesitation, i clicked on the video, and as i listened and watch, it was like it all started flowing back again. I could remember, bits and pieces of the song coming back. And when it got to the part stuck in my head, that's when i knew, my life mission and suffering had come to an end. I jumped back in my chair in excitement, knowing "Finally, i can die happy ಥ‿ಥ"
I will never forget this op again. It is time, now, for me to rest in peace.. (╥‿╥)
TLDR: Forgot the opening but then remembered it again.
Fun Fact : 1:20 in the opening we hear "terasu" while in the original version it's "kowasu"
