I've been astonished for the past number of years on how this particular piece make reactors bright faced and inspired after the performence. The number of views is a testament.

She and Darren Espanto were selected by Disney Asia to be the official ambassadors for Disney Philippines. She met with Alan Menken and Will Smith and sang for them. Needless to say when she opened her mouth they both looked at each other with that look of, "where the heck have you been hiding". She and Darren went around singing, 'A Whole New World' and a couple other songs. In January of this year David Foster and his band and wife Katherine McPhee held a weeks worth of concerts. He invited some of the Philippine's best including Morissette. Each night she sang 'Never Enough' then a "Bodyguard" medley of 'I Will Always Love You' and 'I Have Nothing'. The real show was at the after party at Foster's rooms where he and Katherine were staying. She sang request after request.
In my opinion Morissette is the best female vocalist on the face of the planet. Dimash has the mantle of best overall vocalist. If you haven't heard of him yet you will.

I've always said this and will continue to say this, you don't JUST listen to Morisette but you experience her. Anyone can be technically flawless but Mori always draws the emotion out of a song and takes us in a journey. One of the best vocalist out there. It's really a shame she int world wide.

BTW, you mentioned Aladdin, but that was a remake because the Original Singing Voices of Princess Jazmine and Mulan was Lea Salonga, the Phlippine Icon who catapulted to International fame because of her Role as Kim in the renowned "Miss Saigon". Lea Salonga is now in the Disney Hall of Fame.

I'm not sure what you have reacted to for Morissette. Any Wish Bus performance is incredible! Two other performances that are my personal favorites are "Love You Still" the sunset version and "Could You Be Massiah." If you want to see how versatile she is watch her Bruno Mars Evolution medley. I love Morissette! Another group to see is SB19. Their ballads are all in Tagalog but two standouts are MaPa and Liham on the Wish USA bus based in California. Both have English subs. Keep exploring, there are many more artists from the Philippines to discover!

The whistles and belts are great but not original today. Her tone , identifying squeak , and beautiful emotion both in facial expressions and dynamic control are very very special and why she is different from dozens of other female divas from Philippines.

Would you kindly check another singer from the Philippines Regine Velasquez singing What Kind of Fool Am I. It is a concert scene and sitting on the floor of the stage. I think as a singer it is a plus point to render the music true to it's message even by just the sound of it.
