Mawa - 1 cup (250 grams)
Semolina - ½ cup heaped (heaped) 100 grams
Ghee - ½ cup (100 gms)
Milk Powder - 1½ cup (150 gms)
Sugar - ½ cup heaped (125 gms)
Green Cardamoms Powder or Rose water - ½ tsp
Pistachios - 10 to 15 (finely chopped)
Cashews - 10 to 12 (finely chopped)
Almonds - 10 to 12 (finely chopped)
Full Cream Milk - 1 cup

I tried this recipe ingredients measured is not good less sugar less ghee to much khova recipe turned out sticky all my efforts went in vain not good good
It requires practice to make sweets ...I regularly prepare sweets that's the reason I don't find difficulty in preparing any kind of sweet
@@ChefChandrasKitchen I know lot of practice is required but the measurements were not done I feel khova was more sugar and ghee was less even I prepare sweets do baking
