I stumbled upon this channel because you did some videos on Minsk, where I've been living for the past decade after moving from Astrakhan. Seeing Astrakhan on your channel was unexpected but cool. Loved the video and your fresh perspective. Thanks! Hope to see more videos from you! 😊

If you don't mind, have you noticed a difference in the mentality of younger (18 - 24 y/o) girls between Minsk & Astrakhan (in terms of traditional values, if any)

4:04 Right in front of you, on the fence surrounding the old building, there is a banner hanging. This banner is the so-called passport of the object, which states that this building is under reconstruction and provides a picture of how this historical building will look after restoration. This passport also indicates the repair period and the name of the contractor.

Finally an insight into real rural Russia, Astrakhan! First glances tell me it's a nothing burger at best, but you never know whether Ms. The One turns around the corner and goes for the romantic jugular.

Much Cleaner & Nicer than the Cities is Southern California! It is a shame to destroy the cool architecture.
The people seem to Ignore you... do they think you are crazy because you are talking to yourself?

I am a resident of the city of Astrakhan, that destroyed house at the beginning of Pleshcheev Street, these are the so-called land wars. In Russia, you cannot evict people from their home without providing them with housing of EQUIAL value, and there are also social norms in meters per person. And the cunning owners register 20 people per house, so that everyone is allocated housing. The trials have been going on for more than 20 years; this street, the entire street, not just one house, should have been demolished back in the Soviet Union.

This was a very interesting video. I enjoyed seeing a rural part of Russia, and enjoyed your first hand perspective. I had never thought about defining Land Value by High Rise or Wide Wise Development, but it makes sense, and I will remember that. Do you know off hand what the level of Bureaucracy is in rural Russia might be ? I ask because currently in rural Canada, it has gotten extremely out of hand, to the point of Authoritarianism.
