Conures tend to sleep at night or when it's dark. Not many birds make noises at night at all. I don't know what but not many at all if not none make a noise at night. With these guys though you can expect them to shuffle around or squeak if you move a little if they sleep in the same room as you. If not, it's completely fine.

no they sleep at night I have a green cheek and its not that noisy compared to some birds
