Yes they are legally able to record in a public area! However they respond in ways that spark an argument. used to work for eXmoor a few months back, was an awful experience and was let go due to reasons that were incredibly untrue. Was treated extremely unfairly and I was only an 18 year old apprentice.
They are lucky they didn't get some other auditors that aren't so friendly! Well done for showing these fools and how they represent the company and deal with the public.
