    Are they straight into pond water or do you put them in with salt or anything

    Those Mukashi Ogon are absolutely stunning. They are harder to find in the US...they don't seem to be as popular here

      Joni Deppu large ones like those wouldn’t normally be on dealers import lists, and smaller ones rather less attractive/impressive. Not sure where you are in the USA, but the dealers who visit Japan should be able to source easily in all sizes.

      When my local dealer brings them in, sometime they're left over for up to 2 years! BTW have you ever noticed the black smudge on a metallic tosai's forehead go away when they grow/older.

    When he first brings his shipment in from Japan does he put salt in the ponds. Or use any other treatments?

    Don't they have a koi sock for moving large fish, such a shame to damage them on a plastic bag

    • @MarkGardnerNTVfree
      @MarkGardnerNTVfree  5 лет назад +1

      Kevin, why do you think a Koi sock is safer than a plastic bag?
