For a free flowing gown, how many inches allowance does one need.

From high shoulder to where your breast start is called chest or upper bust, from shoulder to nipple is called bust, from shoulder to where your bust stop is called underbust. But for shirt, you only need shouder to chest, shoulder to bust, shoulder to waist, waist to hip and full length. Then you round body measurements. Don't forget your round shoulder and armhole
