    Spruce Hill in University City. Architecturally much more beautiful than Fishtown, Northern Liberties, and East Passyunk ... shady tree lined streets lined with gorgeous Victorian houses. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and excellently transportation to Center City. Oh, there is Clark Park - one of Philly's best.

    Interesting,vid, but limited. Don t forget the 16plus staircases in MANAYUNK. ( Affectionally/collectively referred to as “The Steps”) 12-17 per cent grade cutting thru the rocky cliffs.

    if you can please put captions on each of those 5 neighborhoods, and take a real shot of restaurant names will be great.

    How about strawberry Mansion and Kensington as very walkable neighborhoods?
