I'll try that later. I can usually do the regular sitting Priformis stretch, though it usually doesn't do enough to really release anything.

I’ve actually been doing this recently with some of my clients but find sometimes elevating the knee of the hip were stretching gets them to feel it more. Is that a viable option or are they just overstretching?

    • @drchristianamarron

Not necessarily! Can be their anatomy and the position of their femur in the socket that catches the right angle. No right or wrong way! Play around with different angles and find what works best for each person!

Hola Doctor I suffered a stroke and it paralyzed my left side of my body so I had to work on my left side leg to regain some mobility and be able to walk and one year later I finally had few little steps like a baby and my leg and foot were weak but then the numbness was clearing up day by day and then I started feeling the pain on the left hip and then the ciática nerve pain started I’m not sure if started after I fell on the floor due some pain pills…but since then I’ve been having pain on the left side of my hip and buttocks and I hope you can share a technique that can help me and other people to relieve some of the pain and can walk a little better and can continue recovery I don’t have physical therapy I’m doing this fold blinded just learning here and there from the best…I hope you can share a video and I will be expecting to see it when it’s ready Thank you 🙏 😊

Can you please do 1 video about the lower back. We have been programmed in this negative matrix since childhood to spend long hours of sitting in the wrong position and as a consequence, our spine is misaligned. The narcissist craves 2 things : control and attention. When the spine is misaligned the lungs don't open fully, this is a way of controlling the quantity of the oxygen we consume and the back pain is just a bonus. There are other things controlled also.
