I love your work. I've been watching you for a while now and you have inspired me to try my hand at making dragon eyes as well. I haven't gotten up to making earrings as of yet but I will. When making dragon eyes I tend to use a real life aspect where as, even with pairs, no two are ever alike. Just like people's eyes, no two are alike, I treat dragon eyes the same way. I do appreciate the fact that you said to make them look like sisters and not twins. Keep up the great work and keep making those videos.

I would have loved for you to put some eyeballs on the opposite sides too so the back would look identical from the back as well. So I’m going to try doing the back of both earrings from the back as well. I tried doing the eyeballs with you when you first started doing them like in 2007 or 2008 .. but never got them to look like yours but today I tried again 2022 & guess what it seems easier this time.😄. So cool. I still love your teaching today. Blessings going your way.

The fine paint brush suggestion is excellent ... also included in that category would be brushes from a beauty supply store that nail artists use .... those are specifically designed for use with nail polish, so they should work. I had a suggestion for workin with the eye. Use a piece of wood dowel and a dab of hot glue. This would not leave a residue like two sided tacky tape might. Also you could glue a clothes pin doll stand to the table to hold the dowel so it would leave your hands free to work and a place for them to safely cure. Beautiful work. Very talented.

To help hold a small cabochon still while you paint it, try a strip of double stick tape on your work surface. Stick the dome to the tape and you will not have to worry about the slippery glass moving about. Hope this is helpful! Thanks for all your wonderfully inspiring tutorials!!

Hiya !, just a thought on getting the pupils to mirror each other. Do one pupil and while its still wet, place the blank up against the wet one and you get an imprint of the one on the other. You can touch up both then to match.......there will still be some natural differences because of the touching up, but at least they'd be centered. ;-)xxx

Love watching your vids! So informative and inspiring for all of us. Had a thought on how to make it easier to hold on to the smaller pieces when painting the eyes. Take a coin, poker chip, piece of corigated cardboard, anything flat really, just a bit larger than what you are working on, and place a smallish dot of bluestick on your coin etc, and push your eye into it. Holds it well and 1 2$ pack of bluestick will last you months, if not longer.

I absolutely love your videos!!!!! You are an awesome artist and teacher! I wish I lived somewhere near you to take some classes from you.
    I have some video requests.
Can you do a video showing how to end a wire weave? I keep running into a problem of my weaving wire wanting to come loose even though I squeeze down and making sure the ends are tucked in well.
I would love to see a video going through all the tools you use and what they are used for.
I would like a video of how you store your wire, tools, etc.
Can you do a video telling where you get all your wire, beads, and gemstones? I’m finding the wire really expensive on Amazon, at Hobby Lobby, and Michael’s, even with sales and coupons.
I really need a video on how to price my pieces from simple jewelry to advanced. Also, where are the best places to sell your work? I literally just started a week ago and it’s coming completely naturally to me, which really surprised me.
There is a piece I’m wanting to make. I saw a picture of it but couldn’t find a tutorial. It’s the only piece I’ve seen like this. It’s a tree of life pendant on a quartz point.
    Thanks for all you do!!!!!

Hi just wanted to say that I love your work and am a huge fan.I also make jewelry and for my painting work I actually use a needle.a straight pin to be exact.you can get Incredible detail with the straight pins incredibly fine point .and its a hard point so it really works well.hope this helps with those tiny pupils!
