So basically his sister gr00med him and had an inc3$tual relationship with him while Kiyo's sister was on her deathbed. She died and Kiyo *basically* developed an alternate personality in an attempt to cope (I think). Kiyo then started to murder girls around the world (I think around the world?) so his sister could be happy in the afterlife. He killed 99 girls (the goal was 100). This including Tenko and Angie...
