I wouldn’t even call it a weight loss journey (that’s just a consequence not a goal) just more of a health and wellness journey. I’m working on everything: my emotional, mental, and physical health and I feel like they’re all connected. I’m about 7 weeks into working out consistently and I feel great but I’m definitely getting impatient about results. But I’m reminding myself to focus on my other gains and improvements. I can lift more and run more and I’m now super comfortable in the gym. Those are all wins. The rest will come with time.

Also ...If your goal is loose weight and keep it off , a sustainable calorie deficit is THE KEY to it. Crash diets will work for a short period of time and then when you go back to your normal eating habits , you'll gain all the weight back ( coz the diets are not sustainable).Be easy on your self when you mess up one day.My trainer says , just as going to the gym for one is not going to have a major impact on your body , Messing up for one won't do shit either. Small consistent and sustainable changes are what will help in the long run♥️
