Make sure you ordered it before the Album Release Date! I usually give myself 2-3 days before that day to order the album(s). If you know for sure you did I’d contact the store or whoever you bought it from and tell them the problem! Hopefully it will be solved❤️
I honestly don’t know since I usually order from kpop stores that say if you pre order you get a POB (Pre Order Benefit). But I would think you would get 1 Preorder Photocard for every Album you get! (For example: On this video I got 4 POB since I bought 4 albums)
