- Hello everyone, I'm Alexis! I wanted to make this video to get my story out there and to explain a little bit about mental illnesses, more specifically depression and anxiety. May was Mental Health Month, so I wanted to put my voice out there about this topic. I want to let everyone know that you are not alone if you struggle with a mental illness, it is more common than you think. Please don't keep all of your emotions inside, it is best to talk to a friend, family member, or anyone you feel comfortable with. If you need help, please don't hesitate to get it, there are therapists, psychologists, group therapy, and more. If you need to talk just message me at my instagram which is a.keezie.

I am all too familiar with the effects of mental illness is on a person and it honestly sucks. Zane and I have been through it since we were young and still go through today. But we managed to get this far in life, and plan to keep going on with our lives. Now if you need anything from me and Zane you just have to get in touch with us. :)
