Hi, I am sorry I don’t know, I was supplied the part from singapore from Falcon. Here is their link, they’re very helpful and ship globally. www.falconpev.com.sg I suggest chatting with them and then searching alibaba or AliExpress as you’ll get the same parts cheaper and quicker potentially. You give the links for EVERYTHING in this video except for the star of the damn show: the brakes caliper mount!!!! PLEASE let me know where you got your caliper mount bracket!!!!
Hahahaha! I picked it up in singapore as there is an amazing shop there. Go to AliExpress or alibaba and look up 11x brake mount and it’s the same part for the 10x. Ride safe!! Please sub and like 👍🏼
Hello there . Nice work. Have you have any issues running the 160mm rotors?I just did that to my varla (same as the zero x10). Lots of people on the forum say that it is not a good idea.
Hi, no issues at all. I’m now on Magura MT5e calipers and 160mm rotors. Just have to be careful on cornering at high speed, watch out for kerbs and not the best on really rough terrain if I hit anything. But, 12 months on and not a single issue. Ride safe and please sub like 👍🏼
Do you know the name or part number of the part that changes the banjo to the outside? Do you simply remove it from the inside and put it on the outside?
I don't actually know as I had it done by a friend. I know magura supplied the part directly. I think you can get this from a bike shop. Worth a try I think.
Nice mate just bought nami viper going tweek it that's a really nice bit of kit got springs on mine what size would recommend front and rear any ideas on the rock shocks
I'm looking to change handlebars and I noticed that the link you provided takes me to a Wake handlebar which is exactly the same as what I already have installed. Do you have a link to the handlebar you have installed? And do you know if it will fit a bar extender to attach accessories to? The Wake bar I've found is too fat at the clamp area to fit the extension I bought.
Oh nice, you swapped out he SRAM discs for those ones. I ordered some of those exact ones as well, great to see them mounted on the 10X. Now I can't wait for my upgrades to arrive! edit: I also ordered a RockShox Monarch RL DebonAir, which I only realised after ordering it that it's bigger (wider) than the solo air version that you appear to have installed. I *hope* it still fits! :|
@@SuperMet it arrived and I installed it, been riding it for about a week. The debonair has a larger air can which requires a lot more air pressure to achieve the correct level of sag. With full ride weight (around 110kg or 240lb) I was bottoming it out just standing still, so I added some bottomless rings to the positive air chamber to reduce the space inside it. My ride weight is still too heavy to achieve the correct sag - even at 300psi - so I'll keep looking for solutions for a while. Otherwise I'll have to sell the shock and look for something more suited to the rigours of heavier riders. It's a shame, because I've felt glimpses of how amazing it can be; someone 20kg+ lighter than me would be floating on a cloud with this shock!
Ok I see that’s an issue. What a shame! Check the RockShox items as I have just incase, maybe speak to a bike shop about the weight and pressures. My shock is at 225psi according to the pump and is fine for my weight but I’m 180lbs. If not a spring unit again! I hope you get it sorted, it’s a pain I know and trail and error.
I think for the price it’s great value. I haven’t filmed one yet as I don’t know anyone with one. But the reports have been good so far, 52v with good range. 25a controllers I think? It’s a lot of scooter for the money for sure! Ride safe and sub/like please 👍🏼
Yes the eyelet needs to be swapped. I can’t remember sizes exactly as I went to a bike shop that sold Magura and they gave me the correct part. But you do need to change it over for the fitment. Ride safe! Sub and like please
Hello, I wanted to ask where you purchased the magura banjo for swapping the side of the hydraulic line ? The set you bought is exactly what I need I have the Mt5E set for my 11x
I found it on alibaba. It is the same unit used for the 11x I believe. Type in the type of mount on alibaba or AliExpress and it will come up. I don’t have the link anymore I’m sorry. Falcon PEV in singapore did used to sell it as well but it’s was big money. It is generic sizing. Sorry I don’t have more info any longer

Hi Ronald, yes your are correct. You need a conversion kit for the opposite side. I went to a bike shop locally and found the parts I required to make the swap. The best way is to go into a Magura seller and show them some pictures directly as I did. They will be able to help you then as I found it very hard to source the parts I needed. I was just about to send the Magura mt5 back and seen your video, I called my local bike shop and they said that this could not be done.🤦🏼♂️ so I’m looking for the banjo to swap over also did you change the olive and connector on the break lever or use the original nutt one..
@@charlie147111 All I did was replace the banjo bolt to the other side, replaced BH90(banjo nut+olive+banjo adapter and the o rings) fitted into the magura hydraulic line and I did have to install a new olive for the brake lever since I had the OEM cable operated brakes and had to shorten the hydraulic cable. I bought the zero 10x brake adapter to make this fit all nicely, but did not need spacers at all.
Wow that’s a lot! Too many people are just being foolish on them sadly. If they were more careful and not riding on pavements things would be a bit better but they’re illegal, it’s going to happen. Thanks for the info

Wow that sucks! I can see we're probably going to get some level of regulation here in NZ at some point in the near-ish future (due to the advent of Lime scooters etc proliferating throughout our major cities, with many accidents and a few deaths), but at the moment we've got a pretty long leash as far as riding e-scooters goes. Govt tends to leave most decisions to the local govt bodies and just use outdated laws for everything else.
