Nice lesson! I've known this for some years now, but I often see kids that just take the finger positions to seriusly. Also the opposite is true, there are some that just dont care and end up playing very porly. Anyway, I hope this helps begginers out there.

I'm still finding one finger per fret for say major scale on low Ab major almost impossible to not completely collapse my wrist and finger inwards.
