I guess it depends on where you live. I live in McKinney, TX however houses that would sell for $125k five years ago are now selling for $700k? This is crazy!!!!! These homes have siding just is popping! What are they thinking????

True. The level of price increase from the pandemic does depend on where you're at in the US. Here in Boise, we saw the largest equity gains during that period in the entire US. At 52.7% increase in 2 years. Crazy. Unfortunately, this is the new reality we live in. Soon it will be homeownership for the rich, or rentals for all. I'd hate to see something catastrophic happen, just for cheaper home prices (civil war, WWIII, losing our status as the world reserve currency, stock market bubble burst).
      Thanks for the comment!

Search Federal Debt: Total Public Debt (GFDEBTN) to see why our dollar keeps devaluing(against goods, not other fiat currencies). Most of our politicians continue to spend like crazy forcing us to tax us through inflation. After viewing that chart you'll learn why it's important to buy assets that appreciate with inflation. You'll also see inflation isn't going to stop anytime soon. It's also why the stock market doesn't tank during a recession. Everything just keeps going up.

Totally agreed... and seen it. You can't just keep printing money for the heck of it, without consequences. America never got the message from post WWI Germany.
Have you seen the price of Gold in just a month+?! Went from just over 2k to almost 2400. You ain't lying.
I wonder though about the S&P 500. Awfully bubbled....

@@MikePetrasMPRE Not sure what happened to my comment. I guess the citizens haven't learned the consequences of censorship from WW1 Germany, China, and Russia.
The M1 M2 and M3 charts must be lies. The debt chart looks about right. 34trillion in debt. Creating more debt at a higher rate than the chna vrus. Did you know that our government has been caught investing directly in the stock market? It's no wonder why Stocks, precious metals, bitcoin, and real estate all go up at the same time. Our dollar is loosing value. I think Blackrock saw this inflation coming and knows it's not coming down. That's why they bought up so many rentals across the USA.
