I ended up picking up a Vitaly pendant after the sponsored vid! (thanks for the discount ;) ) and the quality was really great imo especially as an entry point into jewellery. I also ended up picking up a clasp bracelet for my gf and had to return it due to sizing issues but the customer service was good and making the exchange process easy - definitely recommend them.

Thank you for all your content. My budget is tiny, tiny, but this all makes me excited for really starting to invest into slow fashion stuff that's comfortable, useful AND good-looking. (it seems hard to get all in one, but looks like there is something for me!)

Casio GMW-B5000V-1ER is great, also love the Casio AE-1200WH-1AVCF, especially for how many mods you can find for it, at a price that won't break the bank.

Outlier mag bandana looks great on your Ant. I have the G1 version and the magnets are lol - they won't hold at all. Looks like they've improved the strength with their latest iteration.
I was impressed with how well they work on it (the new one). You can stretch your head out all the way with it around your nose and it doesn't slip.

Hello Ask Jeeves, this is Lycos the goodest doggo to ever fetch searches. Love your videos. The very idea of an expensive Casio watch is a bit of an oxymoron. Even if I had the money to piss away on a Casio that expensive I don't think I could bring myself to do it just because folks would either not believe it or think I was an idiot.

Hi there Antwon. I'm on a heavy budget being in secondary but love the techwear style and am looking to get into this area myself. I especially loved the buster pendants sharp straight cuts however couldn't find anything similar on amazon, ebay, depop etc... Any recommendations? Thanks!

Watch tips:
MR-G and MT-G: Casio's for watch enthusiasts, or people craving that sneakerhead lottery "didn't get it this time either" feeling. Some REALLY cool stylings, but quite hard to get hold of unless you're willing to buy from resellers. URWERK are absolutely fantastic looking, B&R obviously have some cool stylings of mainly two casings, but then you're into quite another territory of pricing. Or even Rado, their ceramic "bangle" looking designs that have been out since (I believe) the late 80s or early 90s.
I recently grabbed a pair of GORE Wear gloves and I like them quite a bit. I wanted to get something that was pretty thin and dexterous and they’ve been perfect for that. They’re not insulated, so they probably aren’t really ideal for really cold winters days, but being GORE-TEX they are very waterproof and windproof.

I have been changing my wardrobe towards more technically beneficial clothing. I go for a more traditional look because the street ninja look I feel is a little young for me. Im 34. I like the milwaukee heated jacket. Have you got any heated clothes? I like 5.11 clothes too as well as other outdoor brands. Your channel is awsome though. Thanks for the tips!
Thanks! Glad you like the videos. I've not tried anything heated - have you found them getting too hot an issue? I guess if you're using that instead of multiple layers you've got a bit less flexibility there, but I imagine in very cold conditions they're great

Another great vid, one that’s possibly heading into #edc territory..? Love the Aoku Shemag, it’s got a great style to it and looks very practical for cold weather use too. The Alpha Motif cross body bag also joins the Shemag on my wish list of items from the accessories shown, again this bag looks purposeful and very cool. HNY2021 all and stay safe

@@aidanhunter6195 Yeah I’ve had one of those for a few years now for hikes, it’s very useful on hot days but the Aoku one shown here is a great layering piece and looks like a good investment buy as it seems to transform outfits when worn.

techwear seems really interesting but getting into it is nearly impossible. its so hard to find brands that 1. arent selling jackets for hundreds upon hundreds of dollars. and 2. arent scams from china

Im sorry but in most cases these "tech" things cost more than actual value of them. (Im not talking about only ones from this vid but for example in previous video there was that coded pouch, just single pouch that costs 160 usd.) HOLY...
lol a lot of quality techwear pieces cost a lot from the get go for the maker then factor all in the other costs, you gotta make some money for such a niche style.
there are tons of low tier brands out there but with teachwear, you literally get what you pay for,

I agree. That's just how it is with designer wear. Let's not kid ourselves, most people who wear that kind of clothing do it for aesthetic rather than function and would never actually use it outside of a city(like for outdoor activity or work). Though I like this kind of style, it's just financially impractical unless you're rich. As someone who likes to wear military surplus clothing(mostly for my manual labour agriculture job) I've found that techwear get's a lot of inspiration in design and functionality from it. If you need that kind of functionality and don't care for looking a bit like a soldier wannabe I'd highly recommend looking into surplus clothing, it's cheap too. It's the only kind of clothing I've found that is durable enough and can even be worn as fashion if you're not wearing more than 1-2 articles of it. Idk why Antwon has never mentioned it as a budget option, I have surplus boots, trousers and jacket(all with goretex lining) that I abuse on a daily basis and they're excellent.

Feels very different to a regular version! But yeah, it's a massive premium for sure and if you're looking purely at utility the cheaper ones are a better buy for sure
