You must try egg whites in your oats, it’s a game changer w/ the PB cereal milk protein powder. Just have to cook on stove the night before and then put in fridge
FYI: Carbs are important too for athletes! Without enough carbs getting in protein is useless as the body will just use protein for gluconeogenesis for energy!
