ok here is how you get the pregnancy potion: you cant craft it, i tested the mod myself and its impossible, you can ask an admin for some or you can still give people the effect through making them drink wizard ale or wizard's ale(there is a difference), and wizard ale can give any random effect in the wizards ale mod including pregnancy. now you make a wizard ale potion like this: Wizard Ale: This drink is brewed using a Hop and Wizard Reagents. now you make wizard reagents like this Wizard Reagent: This potion that induces nausea is brewed using a Witch Eye and Awkward Potions. (witch eye obtainment as well Witch Eye: An Item that is rarely dropped by Witches when they are killed by a player, the drop chance is not affected by looting.)

@@useless7745 I've decompiled the mod and reviewed the source code since it wasn’t available on the CurseForge page. Although the code was somewhat disorganized, it was easy enough to understand. From what I’ve seen, this mod appears to be more of a gimmick than a serious project. The developer implemented their own potion brewing recipes but seems to have intentionally left out the pregnancy potion-likely to prevent misuse, though the potion itself is present, possibly for testing purposes. Otherwise, I tested everything mentioned in the mod description on CurseForge, and despite the strange implementation of some features, everything seems to work as intended.
