Well sledger is still a must have because of the DPS and damage and attack fire rate with commander always doing 400 damage (freezed enemies that can do many damage) So 4x4 = 1500 damage which is the second best damage dealer (bounce included,not including the DPS with commander)
Wait so Executioner can deal 80 per enemy but sometime's it hits the same enemy twice plus it bounces 7 times. That is 1120 damage in one throw IF it hits every enemy twice. Not to mention anything the axe touches gets damaged, meaning the axe can bounce 7 times and it can hit enemies on its way back. So if you get a horde of enemies and place a max executioner.....
Just like Eggrypted said, splash towers like Rocketeer, Mortar, anything along those lines can do practically infinite damage, if you have 1,000,000 enemies in one cluster and a rocketeer shoots, even if below made it do 1 damage per shot. With 1 shot, it'll do 1 x 1,000,000 damage, which everyone knows, is 1,000,000.

Actually highest damage is executioner bc it used to be literally broken and if u sell him when his back axe animation was playing the axe would be like 40 studs dealing higher dmg than LIKE 8 ACCELS so if u max him and sell in time when axe going back animation he deals alot of dps being like accels one but in a extremelly big zone john showed it on a video
War machine was for Admins and like he said admins tower and unit didn’t count bc ranger said you not in the game doesn’t count but it was an admin unit

Sledger’s damage is very high and Executioner’s damage is Extremely high
exe maxed out + last targeting = extremely high dmg output
Executioner is only good for crowds stacked to together, it's weakness are enemies in singles
