I love it
it means you have to make sure you’re not lying to yourself by saying ‘yes’ to other people. You have to be sure in the answer you give people.
I think it means extending yourself beyond your means just to help people. You end up wearing yourself thin, and you can’t make everybody happy regardless. And then you can’t help anybody at all if you wear yourself out.

Emma, I've been watching you since I was in middle school and I'm in college right now! I'm really stressed out with the change to online classes but your videos have always calmed me down. Whenever I'm working or stressed out, I put your videos on in the background and it reminds me to take care of myself and take a breath. I don't ever comment on videos but, for some reason, I felt like I should say something. Thanks for keeping me calm all these years :)

Ditto, ASMR really helps with my ptsd also. Emma being one of the few of my regular go tos.
I have Bell’s Palsy, too. Two strokes so far in my 26 years of life and they run in my family for the women. My smile is sooo lopsided and I can never get my eyebrows to look even. You’ve inspired me to get micro blading done in the future! You’re so naturally beautiful, too. Your skin is basically flawless and no aging signs or anything. I have smile lines too because of how big I smile, but those are a thing of beauty and they look perfect on you. Thank you for this comforting video which is much needed for these times. Keep being your amazing self!

You can work towards happiness, the path is long and seems never ending, but it is sooo worth there. The journey continues after that, too. Forever. Never stop learning, never stop believing in the simple magic of the world, and always know that you are strong, worthy of what you want from your life, and are never truly alone.

I love how open you are about your eyebrow microblading! I have trichotillomania and after years of pulling my eyebrows just won't grow back in full on their own. I got mine done last year and it's the best money I've ever spent! I used to not be able to ever leave the house without makeup and even then I'd still worry about it disappearing due to sweat, swimming, and just the natural oils from the skin. Now I can do whatever I please and I don't think about them at all. I feel so much more confident. So I agree with you - if anyone is on the fence about doing it, just go for it! If you find a good microblading artist you definitely won't regret it.

I haven't known anyone else who's had bells palsy! I came down with it in my final weeks of my first pregnancy. It was scary and unexpected. Luckily mine cleared up shortly after I gave birth to him. I'm now pregnant with my third child and praying I wont have to deal with that again. I'm sorry you had to go through that. Emotionally and mentally it was very hard for me, so I feel for you for dealing with that. I think you are beautiful, your face is just perfect! I'm so glad you don't have it anymore!

Tonight as i was watching i almost flipped when you said you had bells palsey! I feel for you and totally understand what you mean-At 27 after having my 4th baby i was diagnosed with guillian beurre syndrome (similiar in many ways to bells palsey) leaving me with half my face paralyzed😔 Thank God it has been better over the years and with physotherapy and more i could smile etc... my smile will never be the same but Bless the Lord for keeping me alive and well!! i did not give up after the trauma and who ever didn't know me before basically thinks that "my face is not symetric😉. and thats okay! seeing you inspired me cause i would have never guessed!!! You are amazing and beautiful!!!❤️❤️❤️
I love how you spend so much time making sure that your makeup is beautifully natural, unlike many other makeup artists who cake it on so thickly that it just looks a mess! It truly is one of the neatest makeup applications I have ever seen. Natural, dewy and absolutely glowing! 😄🤩✨

I love your suggestion with the eyebrows. I too had Bells Palsy last year and I havent fully recovered and I have lost confidence and dont feel beautiful anymore. I will be booking an eye brow appointment in the future. Great video!❤

Hi Emma I've been watching ure videos for about a year and a half now and I have Bipolar and anxiety. I have trouble sleeping some nights and ure videos are so relaxing. U have such a lovely soft voice and I love ure videos.
I've been wanting to buy a new foundation for ages now because nothing ever looks great on me because I have dry skin. I'm 40 and have a few fine lines wrinkles. I always have so much trouble choosing the right foundation and have tried so many. But I've now just ordered the Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter and also the Charlotte Tilbury magic foundation. This video really inspired me to buy it because it looks so beautiful on you. Even tho I dont need makeup ure so naturally beautiful.
