Alex is the greatest combat sport athlete ever and top 5 UFC by retirement
Poatan is the evolution of Marcos Ruas.
Really Great Luke but and its a big But, Dana says that Jon Jones is the best, the Goat, the top dog in Combat Sport ...
I agree with you to be fair Alex is looking great
Not to mention that poatan only started martial arts at 22 years old!! Dude that is old to start martial arts!!
Childhood alcoholism and a coach, mentor & friend that won the LHW title at 42.
Every time he steps in that cage he’s facing down time & rock bottom.
Yeah, i was a bit skeptical even after he beat Israel.... and then very skeptical after he then lost to Israel but Jesus Christ lol.... he just seems to have taken it in his stride and levelled up.
Pretty cool really.
All props to Poatan, he is a warrior of another level. Among his many attributes, it's his daring mindset and confidence that stands out for me.. I'll love him more for his skills if he was put against a challenging fighter to be tested (unfortunately his competition is limited).
It's worth noting the heavier weight classes these days at the top ranks has fighting styles that offers not much opposition against his style.. the talents had been in decline of late. Poatan entered the scene at very favorable conditions for his type of game.. he is much needed injection of energy & interest in those ranks, so more power to him.
I don't the idea of he'snt got the resume of lightheavywight. He is building it right now .
Hey, Luke I appreciate you videos. Is there any chance you can put time stamps on your videos?
its not alex nor his left hook that KOed Jiri, his AURA did !!! his fucking CHAKRA!
I would love to see Alex vs prime Anderson Silva and prime Yoel Romero. Imagine that!
Anderson has sparred him and Alex was in Anderson's corner when he fought Izzy.
Guy is impossible not to like. Idc that he doesn’t speak English. He’s box office in every way
Most guys and girls once take the belt want to go off the radar for 8-12 months so the can film commercials and earn some easy cash doing seminars. Alex is a true warrior.
Alex is my favorite fighter.
My and Alex have very similar fighting style
