As a guy in the personal training field, I am amazed in how much one's lower body is TAXED. This is freakish strong to maintain core stability and move your lower body that fast continuously. Give this man a step count and after a full day at practice, I bet you he's at 10,000 steps in 30min
The motor is not legs but his feet...look at them he use only the top and never put heels down... The legs receive the energy and the pelvis absorb It's not easy to do, but the body have memory...if you do that since long Time it's become automatic

I dont know why but the dance is amazing. It amazes more than a really technical dance . Im guessing that its styled after animals/birds . The amount of leg strength required must be enormous

As a guy in the personal training field, I am amazed in how much one's lower body is TAXED. This is freakish strong to maintain core stability and move your lower body that fast continuously. Give this man a step count and after a full day at practice, I bet you he's at 10,000 steps in 30min
The motor is not legs but his feet...look at them he use only the top and never put heels down...
The legs receive the energy and the pelvis absorb

So you cannot see his "Core" (but if you look closely you can see his hips swinging wildly at times). Also his headdress is also above his shoulders and head, thus keeping it seperate and stable.
