Another factor to their defection could've been the rise of the Hero. Link can protect Zelda, making the Sheikah feel useless. Add that to what you said, and you got a large group of pissed people.
There are so many damn good theories on the Sheikah coming about now! You and M. Productions certainly have my favorite theories concerning the race. Keep up the awesome work! :D
While I really enjoy this theory I’ve always had my head canon be that the dark interlopers are a mixed race group of sheikah and gerudo. This would explain the lack of existence from both races in the game. The twili also have features from both races (red eyes from sheikah and orange-red hair from gerudo). I also wonder about what happened to the hero time during this point. If he fell in battle would this be enough cause for the gods to step in.
Do you think the Fierce Deity had anything to do with the Shiekah? He kind of resembles a Shiekah, and has God-like magical abilities which would mean he would definately be the most powerful of the Sheikah if he were one. It also could explain exactly why the goddesses had to intervene and his own fotm of punishment was to be sealed inside of his mask; perhaps the goddesses used the Song of Healing to transform him and the Happy Mask Salesman later learned it. Or he betrayed the Sheikah and they used the power of Majora to seal him away in his own mask.
I think the Dark Interlopers must have done something much worse than simple betrayal. In A Link between Worlds, we discover that the true purpose of the Triforce is not, in fact, to grant the wishes of mortals & give them power, but is instead the means of sending divine power into the realm of mortals. Lorule, having destroyed their Triforce, no longer had this divine energy flowing into & throughout their world. Because of this, the land of Lorule itself began to die & disintergrate. It was being irrevocably destroyed. To commit a crime so terrible as to force the gods to intervene directly, something similar to this must have taken place. My theory goes as follows: The Sheikah defectors (the Dark Interlopers) succeeded in seizing the Triforce & the Sacred Realm (as had many before them). However, unlike previous attempts, they also cut of the divine power that flowed through the Triforce & into the world, thus threatening the gods' creation - Hyrule itself. This is why they were banished. Not for stealing & conquering, but for threatening to destroy the world itself.
You know midna has the sheikah symbol on the back of the fused shadow cause I was playing hyrule warriors I finished a battle and looked at the back of the fused shadow and it was there I made me think a little
I’m replaying twilight princess and I’ve began to see variations of the Sheikah symbol all over the place in what the twili wear and in the twilight realm , specifically on the palace of twilight there’s a big tearing eye on one part of the building (it’s different sure and has that twili twist that all the rest of their symbols and designs have but the shape is essentially the same)
The fused shadow is the concentrated magic of the interlopers. It was not created by the tribe but is a representation of their magic. I enjoyed the theory but I still support the ancient ones as the dark interlopers.
What are your thoughts on link never having family? Minus wind waker where he has a sister and grandmother. Link to the past with his uncle. and OoT where it was said how his parents died. What if we got a game where he had a Mother and / or Father.
Good topic! Like.. where the hell is his family in Skyward Sword?... They lived in a floating island.. Or any relatives to the Link in Twilight Princess?
Hey HMK, this is definitely your best video yet, nice work. One thought about your video: There are obviously quite a few connections between the Sheikah and the Twili. But they may not be related to "shadows" in the same way. Going back to their descriptions from Ocarina of Time, the Sheikah were "Shadow folk" because they are stealthy warriors. Like ninjas. It gave them an aura of highly skilled individual body guards. On the other hand, the Twili are related to shadows because of their banishment to the twilight realm and created a connection to twilight and an inability to exist in the light. Thoughts?
Like mentioned near the end of the video, the fused shadow helm has an eye that represents the lens of truth, or the symbol of the Sheikah Tribe. Physically, both tribes, as in Twili and Sheikah, both share tattoos, clothing with symbols relating to parts of the game, signature red eyes, and them both being the Shadows, or Samurai to the Royal Family/Goddesses, are similar. Midna's skirt, or lower wrap, has a design much similar to the Gate of Time, or the portal to the Shadow/Twilight Realm. The Sheikah also used such creations to guard the goddess and prevent havoc and chaos from repeating itself. In Impa's Imp form, her eyes are more related to the lens of truth, and also shows a soft, or protective side, when around or with Zelda, much like a guardian or in other terms, a Sheikah. Often Samurai, or as portrayed in the Legend of Zelda franchise, Sheikah, or Interlopers/Twili, both had intentions of securing the royal family, and so on. Feel free to use these minor facts for later use, and if you need any facts or historia on the LoZ franchise, feel free to reply. Nice channel. If my voice wasn't so terrible I'd do theories of my own, but for now I'll reside in the comments. Also, much like the end of Skyward Sword during Impa's farewell, Midna shatters the mirror of Twilight, or in the time of Skywadz Sword, the Gate of Time. There's also the potential theory of the Mirror of Twilight being another alternate universe where the shadows of the Master Sword invaded the past in the Gate of Time, and so the Sheikah sealed it off, along with Traitors as punishments, and so on.
Also another Theory I had, was if the Fierce Deity was actually a Sheikah, or Bongo Bongo's former self. Due to similar back-story of both using drums to have their victims dance, or bounce in OoT to the point of exhaustion or even death, such as in MM. The theories of Bongo Bongo being a Sheikah man who had betrayed the goddess/Sheikah by his abilities to see the truth and such can also link to the Fierce Deity. As shown in various games of the franchise, Sheikah often have tattoos and clothing bearing symbols that you will face in the game, or relate to their culture, the Fierce Deity has the sun and moon, considerably Majora and the Deity, or Hylia and Termina, or even just Link and evil, which are inscribed on his armour. Much like a Sheikah, the Deity has tattoos on his face, and such. Bongo Bongo and the Deity both having possibly a connection could make a decent theory.
I agree with this theory 100% It also brought up the thought about the Happy Mask Salesman.Since he has knowledge about Majora's mask, could he have been one of the dark interlopers? His figure comes out in the intro for Link Between Worlds and might have red colored eyes, but it would be hard to say because his eyes are always closed.
I've always believed there was a connection between the Sheikah and the Dark Interlopers and I'm so glad HMK did such a wonderful job explaining their probable origins and background. I also personally believe that Termina, Lorule and the Twilight Realm could be the same place just in different timelines to their respective parallel Hyrules.
Renegade Master no, it looks like one of the phantom armors from phantom hourglass/spirit tracks. But in other Zelda lore, it’s a common suit of armor/depiction of a soldier.
I noticed something after watching this i've never seen before, which is the triangular shapes above "the eyes" of the Majora's mask look as if they hint to Sheikah symbol's "eye lashes"
Yes! I actually had this same theory! The red eyes, the shadow magic, all of it! Slight differences though. I felt that originally the Sheikah didn't serve the goddess. After all, they are shadow people. They may have used dark magic. I think they are the tribe that created Majoras Mask for their hexing rituals. But I think eventually they broke into factions over a dispute over how far the dark rituals went. If one group was planning something truly terrible (perhaps with Demise), the second group may have appealed to the goddess Hylia in desperation and may have exposed a weakness that would have aided in forming/developing the goddess sword. Hylia was able to stop Demise and banish the other faction of Sheikahs to the Twilight Realm; although they may have been able to purposely leave behind MM in hopes their evil plans could still come tor fruition. Hylia chose the remaining Sheikah as her personal mortal guardians, which they willingly accepted. BUT I agree that they were probably pretty upset (hundreds of years later?) when Hylia decided to be a mortal a found a mortal royal line that they would have to serve and may have become the interlopers.
One plot point you seem to be missing about the Twili and dark interloper history is that the goddesses could give redemption to the twili. In twilight princess (that is a spoiler warning for those that have not gotten at least half way through the game) after link, with the aid of midna, collect the 3 shards of the fused shadow, zant shows up and curses link into wolf form (outside twilight) and midna to perish in the realm of light she seemed to grow fond of and prevent her from freely returning to the twilight realm. Link then seeks out the one person that could possibly help, zelda. Zelda saves midna and also allows her to co-exist with hylians in the realm of light and points link to find the master sword as it is the only relic that can lift his curse. As we find out end game in skyward sword, Hylia became zelda which explains her magical abilities and her ability to bless midna. Whether or not zelda realized it at the time, the goddess inside of her gave midna redemption. midna only chose to stay as a shadow to avoid attracting attention. Also, that gives a backstory excuse if midna does return in a later game to help link in hyrule.(if i remember correctly because i haven't played TP in a while, if you asked for midna's help in the realm of light pre-fused shadow, she could only appear as a shadow, but if you asked for help post-fused shadow in the realm of light, as long as you weren't in a populated area, she would appear in full imp form)
I believe that after the defectors were banished the Sheika became slightly like the Sith where there are only two, a master and an apprentice. Impa and sheik being the evidence of this and the fact that we still see some sheika down the timeline dispite Impa being the last. similarly it could be that they ways of the Sheika became to be passed down from parent to child.
You make some incredible videos dude. I'm kinda interested in some of the fates of some things in the alternate timelines. Such as the fate of Termina and the Twili in the adult or downfall timelines. Or also why the Four Sword is never mentioned in these timeliness S well, other than the added content to A Link to the Past's re-release on the Gameboy
Theory was on point bro would explain it aswell given that in twilight princess zelda's instantly friendly amd familiarised with midna through out the game
in the books the mask was made from the beast form majora's skin and armor by fierce deitie. he obtained it by slaying majora by playing music for three days until majora had fallen and died.their is a huge theory about the fierce deitie and major if you want to research on it for a vid.
After watching this, and Zeltiks theory on the fierce deity, it got me thinking.... If fierce deity carved the majoras mask, he was in the ancient tribe. If the ancient tribe is the dark interlopers, and the dark interlopers were from the sheikah, then the fierce diety was a sheikah. I mean look at him, his hair is white, very common among sheikah, and his eyes are blank, we don't know what color they were. Look at his chest plate. The moon, a symbol of darkness because it comes out at night. The sheikah are the shadow people. That triangle, seems it's meant to represent the triforce, which is what they're going after.
man there are so many cool things about the hyrule universe that go beyond the traditional link and zelda story lines id be cool to see a new character that experienced some of this stuff have a game just to add some variety
Interesting theory. Although I have not done one yet, I personally believe that the Twili is a mixture of Shiekah AND Geroudo. Why? Well they have red hair and the outside of there eyes, surrounding the red part of the eyes, is yellow. This could lead to a new theory, since the Shiekah, and the Geroudo are in absence in Twilight Princess. Plus, the war of the antelopers might have set place some time after the Hyluelian Civil War. (Of course, that's logic.) The Twili could also be related to Dark Link in some way. Just throwing that out there. Yours truly, Sarah Giuliani
The gerudo desert is a desert due to mining for time shift stones which were used to make the ocarina of time and the pedestal of time. Meaning the cursed winds Ganon complained about really wasn’t fair it was caused by a human greed. The old tech in skyward sword is coated in the Sheiks symbol. The sheika cursed inadvertently cursed the land the Guerodos would come to inhabit.
It is theorized that Bongo-Bongo is a former Sheikah who was put to death for betraying the Royal Family. Could Bongo-Bongo have been the leader of these defectors? Another thing to note is: Notice how the eyes of the Fused Shadow and Majora's Mask don't have the teardrop that the Sheikah symbol has. In Ocarina of Time (specifically 3D, which is based on concept art, therefore making it more canon), in the Bongo-Bongo battle room, the drum is designed with eye symbols that LACK the teardrop. This is seen nowhere else in the game. Perhaps this was the symbol for all Sheikah until the majority of the Sheikah chose to betray the Goddesses orders and were banished to the Twilight Realm, and the remaining loyal Sheikah felt sorrow for their tribe, therefore adding the teardrop to their symbol.
And look what happened. Breath of the Wild adds even more credibility to this theory. This came out a year before the Sheika defectors were even revealed.
So before Zelda she was Hylia before Link he was the Fierce Deity before Ganondorf / Ganon he was Demise and the Sheikah Defectors serve Demise. Then they were cast out. Hope I said it right.
this is kinda of off topic but i just want to say what i noticed about the twili before i saved there realm was that if u look at there stomach u will c some kind of face on it. Like a pig like face. Kinda reminds me of the game over picture from adventure of link were u c pig ganon.
Great theory HMK ? I don't know anything about the zelda lore since the only game ive played is Ocarina of time. But it looks like this theory is well thought up! I love series with deep lore, I gotta keep a few more steps into the Zelda franchise soon. lol
In Majora's Mask, I thought it showed the Skull Kid rummaging through the Happy Mask Salesman's bag in Termina Field, not in Hyrule. Been a while though. Can someone clarify this for me? Thank you.
Cool theory but there are some holes in it such as why do the twili differ so much from each other. Midna line about how they ancestor lost they king to greed. But I do believe that the Sheikah have a big connection to the interlopers just not sure what it is.
4wheal some people have theorized that king midna's referring to might have been Bongo Bongo, and that the Sheikah who were still loyal to the royal family (possibly OOT's Impa specifically) executed him and sealed his malignant spirit at the bottom of the well.
I know this is random but today i was playing tp and realized midna reminds me of a floor master. She has the ability to bring link into the twilight with her hair even though she herself cant be in light. She can teleport. plus i dont think floormasters are ever really explained. plus we never find floormasters in the game. Besides in the twilight.
i never seen this connection before but it made me think. however the floormasters seem to be a creation of ganondorf, they can only be found in temples and are unlikely to be of natural origin, as they are zombified hands. a sheikah connection may be possible but unlikely, as a floormaster is also present in the forsaken fortress in ww, which implies the ganondorf connection further. the "zants hands" in the shadow realm, have been most likely created by zant, after his contact with ganondorf (because zant has removed the sols from their pedestals and locked them away, and the purpose of the hands is their protection). so the inspiration seem also came from ganondorf, not the twili. but maybe the "hand-grap" abilities of midna and the shadow beasts come from the powers of the fused shadow, the shadow beasts are former twili which have been transformed by that artifact and midna even wear a part of it in her imp-form. the effect becomes even stronger when she wears the whole artifact, she get more and stronger "arms". fun fact: her imp-form is the "shadow beast" transformation caused by the fused shadow, in her actual twili form she not longer wears it. maybe she then loses her hand-grab powers as well?
How about connecting Majora's Mask to this. After all, the eye of the Fused Shadows looks like the Eyes of Majora's Mask in the N64 version of Majora's Mask.
my only question is, why in that cinematic from Twilight Princess, where they were telling the story about the interlopers, did they use Link's model to represent them? Instead of making models that look like Sheikahs? That cinematic is extremely bizarre all together and it never really made sense to me why they had Link in there doing things against his character, giving him white eyes, evil grin..screaming. The story being told has nothing to do with him, so why is he in it almost exclusively, doing weird shit?
dragonchi26 Link is the main figure in it because the light spirits were using Link as an example of the people of hyrule and how there were people with dark magic that sought the triforce, this is just for Link's benefit more than ours
I believe that Lanaryu thought that Link would understand the story and warning better if he saw himself doing those things. Hence why Illia was used as well, for a more effective warning. Easily the creepiest spot in the whole game.
so after the shieka turned girahim into majoras mask and he was sealed away for bieng to powerful to control ome of the shieka used thier own magic to creat a similar power which again corrupted the users forsing the gods to take action with this in mind the quote from lanaru "those who do not know the danger of wielding power will soon be ruled by it." really means a lot more than most would think
***** I've seen this theory that the Twili are the Sheikah many times but there is always one big flaw! No one ever remembers Impaz! The old lady in the Hidden Village! She says, "My name comes from the great one who built this village ... This village was once home of a proud tribe who served the royal family ... But it fell into decline". In no where did she say they were banished and wiped out.
Alisse Akashia This theory isn't saying ALL of them were banished or wiped out. If there used to be 2,000 Sheikah and 1,900 were banished to the Twilight Realm, there's still be 100 who could continue the job in the shadows, build villages, etc.
I feel that the Dark Interlopers is actually a mixed race. I think that the mixed race is with the Sheikah and the Gerudo. this can actually explain some symbols on the fused shadows plus it can make sense in a timeline. The Gerudo is female dominated and in Ocarina of Time is stated that a male is born every hundred years. yet the Gerudo population is pretty decent. So in order to sustain their race until a male Gerudo is born they most likely have to cross breed with another race of man. Why the Sheikah and not Hylians or Kokiri (that'd be weird) the Sheikah just like the Gerudo are under acknowledged. stereotyped, and if your theory is correct, underpopulated. So if Gerudo and Sheikah were to get it on then it would work out in a mutual benefit for both races. However one thing to counteract what I said is that apparently there are studies that show that women can reproduce without men so I could be wrong.
Because if we can agree that it did happen before or during ocarina of time, then that would mean that the twilight realm existed before meaning... that the twilight realm does indeed exist in all three timelines, but has only actually been explored in 1. And it would make sense that the events of TP dont happen in either the adult or fallen hero timeline because ganondorf wasn't banished to the twighlight realm. Just my thought.
Daraga in fact LITERALLY right before it. links mom brought him to the great deku tree because she tried to escape the civil war. she was fatally injured and died soon after and links father was a hyrulian knight. he died with all the knights causing link from OOT to be the last knight... unless you count twilight princess link being his biological descendant.
***** but wasn't the civil war over who gains access to the scared realm. with the hylain's winning but losing all their elite soldiers the hyrulian knights. later to be reformed in twilight princess.
there is actualy a theory (which i also believe) that the interloopers were a mix of sheikah and gerudo and the twili are descendants of both races. there are three major "evidences" if you can call it so or merely clues 1. they both practice shadow magic (the weakest argument) but they are at least both capable magic users. 2. midna *and* zant both have redd-ish hair (among with sheikah eyes) 3. various logos found in the shadow realm and equipment of midna and zant are variations of *both* sheikah and gerudo logos
....but the big question is; if wolf link is in breath of the wild, is midna!!!.... she is on the amiibo too..... if wolf link is taken as a serious part of the story then he would have to be an anceint link from the time of the twilight princess era - and it could only make sense by means of that version of link being able to time travel to the future - link was also not able to transform back to human form for a while so it must be a time travel event before the aid of the Light Spirit Faro where he is able to transform back to being a human, otherwise he would simply transform into a human in breath of the wild and be like what the hell happened here! and sick blue rags bro! 😂 ......but the amiibo scan can't be written into the main story as if someone didn't have the wolf link amiibo they would of course play the game without wolf link.... so I guess it can't be anything other than a fun twist of Zelda continuity.... but I want midna to return so much!!!!! I'm holding out that the mirror of twilight is in breath of the wild and you can some how use it..... wind blight Gannon does look like a shadow beast!.....
I'm curious as to what led to the TWILI's royal family. I haven't read into as much detail as you have so I am probably missing something. But I'm just wondering how that came about. Midna and/or Zant must've been born of a prominent sheikah lineage (turned twili) in my opinion, to reach the status of beauty and power that at least Midna holds. Why does Midna look so different? Are Twili females just like that? Interesting topics to explore. They should add Midna to Mario Kart 😂😂😂😂
Its been a very long time since they were vanished, also we only saw Midna and Zant's true form since we only saw other twili in the imp form the were cursed into
The problem with that is the fact that the gerudo disappeared way after the interloper war. And as the race seems to be the opposite of gerudo, with there being a lot of male twili and 1 female twili (Midna) while gerudo are all female and there's only a male gerudo every 100 years
it's heavilu implied that Majora's Mask is made by the interlopers, and to stop that mask from destroying all of Termina the hero of time aided by the goddess of time was needed. they were some hard, dangerous mofugga's
This is the most well thought out and best explained zelda theory I've ever heard. Well done.
Another factor to their defection could've been the rise of the Hero. Link can protect Zelda, making the Sheikah feel useless. Add that to what you said, and you got a large group of pissed people.
The Sheikah are butthurt about Hylia's chosen hero! xD Great point!
if one guy came along and did the job of my whole clan, i be piss too.

Ooh! that's a really good theory you should watch Zeltiks theory video on fierce diety to see a great reason why he would get that punishment

Good topic! Like.. where the hell is his family in Skyward Sword?... They lived in a floating island.. Or any relatives to the Link in Twilight Princess?
@Ssbbpokefan, There is no 'blood of the hero', almost none of the Links are related by blood. They are just reborn again.
***** Okay. Glad that's taken care of.
***** I thought it was confirmed that TP link is a descendant of OoT/MM Link?
👏🏼 you need to do a weekly Zelda theory. I'm addicted to your theories!

Pause at 3:03, look at the left edge of the screen. Is that Shovel Knight?

Awesome explantation, It really helped! Thanks
This was a solid theory, I never thought of all the similarities between Sheikas and Twili, and the Majora's mask idea: mind=blown

Also, that gives a backstory excuse if midna does return in a later game to help link in hyrule.(if i remember correctly because i haven't played TP in a while, if you asked for midna's help in the realm of light pre-fused shadow, she could only appear as a shadow, but if you asked for help post-fused shadow in the realm of light, as long as you weren't in a populated area, she would appear in full imp form)
that music for the sheikah sounds so nice
I believe that after the defectors were banished the Sheika became slightly like the Sith where there are only two, a master and an apprentice. Impa and sheik being the evidence of this and the fact that we still see some sheika down the timeline dispite Impa being the last. similarly it could be that they ways of the Sheika became to be passed down from parent to child.
You should take a new look at this theory now that BotW has been out for a while.
I have been waiting for this video.
How in the world does this video not have more views?!
Best theory from you yet
Nice :) please do more Zelda theories
Jakub Gontko I've Got alot more actually Check em out! ruclips.net/p/PL67FTSy5A-_6ijH2UcSGRwKqW51gnKeOW
Thank you very much! :3
you know this gots me thinking what if the next villain in zelda wii u is a Sheikah
Reacted1991 that'd be interesting since impa is currently the only known sheikah left in hyrule
That would be an interesting and awesome surprise!
Reacted1991 Great, now I even hope that it will be so! XD
it would be a cool move of nintendo to reveal a bit more about the sheikah. the possible timeline placement would also allow it
And look what happened. Breath of the Wild adds even more credibility to this theory. This came out a year before the Sheika defectors were even revealed.
Place the sheik eye in the middle of the triforce. Now, remove the three triangles to form just one big triangle....illinkmoonauti cawnfirmed!
You're English has gotten soooooooo good.
Very impressed
Now that was a good theory :)
It also explains why TP zelda sacrifised herself for Midna !!!
So before Zelda she was Hylia before Link he was the Fierce Deity before Ganondorf / Ganon he was Demise and the Sheikah Defectors serve Demise. Then they were cast out. Hope I said it right.
Andy50k1 makes sense, even in the child timeline we see in botw there are sheikah defectors known as yiga clan.
this is kinda of off topic but i just want to say what i noticed about the twili before i saved there realm was that if u look at there stomach u will c some kind of face on it. Like a pig like face. Kinda reminds me of the game over picture from adventure of link were u c pig ganon.
This was awsome, if they ever did make a legend of Zelda TV Show, this is what it should be!!!
Great theory HMK ? I don't know anything about the zelda lore since the only game ive played is Ocarina of time. But it looks like this theory is well thought up! I love series with deep lore, I gotta keep a few more steps into the Zelda franchise soon. lol
You gotta play A link to the past now. :)
They should totally make a game of this!
I wish the plan to make a Zelda TV show for Netflix was real, they have so much lore they can work with
Are you sure the "guardians of Hylia" didn't defect because a human like Link was chosen to be Hylia's champion instead of one of the Sheika.
Probably, you're not the first to have that theory and it does fit in with the theory explained in this video.
If you took the Shiekah symbol over Majora's Mask and turned it upside down
The horns and the spikes at the bottom would line up
This theory is blowing my fucking mind
I never thought of this before
But it makes so much sense
This lowkey probably matters more now than ever
In Majora's Mask, I thought it showed the Skull Kid rummaging through the Happy Mask Salesman's bag in Termina Field, not in Hyrule. Been a while though. Can someone clarify this for me? Thank you.
Imo, the Dark Interlopers weren't Sheikah, they were a coalition led by the Sheikah and Gerudo that didn't want to conform to the status quo.
YO HMK!!!!! How long does it take for you to make a complete theory?
You can probably make a pop-filter with a used dryer sheet.
That is an interesting concept
I'm here for a little - uh - divine intervention.
Besides in the twilight.
i never seen this connection before but it made me think. however the floormasters seem to be a creation of ganondorf, they can only be found in temples and are unlikely to be of natural origin, as they are zombified hands. a sheikah connection may be possible but unlikely, as a floormaster is also present in the forsaken fortress in ww, which implies the ganondorf connection further. the "zants hands" in the shadow realm, have been most likely created by zant, after his contact with ganondorf (because zant has removed the sols from their pedestals and locked them away, and the purpose of the hands is their protection). so the inspiration seem also came from ganondorf, not the twili.
but maybe the "hand-grap" abilities of midna and the shadow beasts come from the powers of the fused shadow, the shadow beasts are former twili which have been transformed by that artifact and midna even wear a part of it in her imp-form. the effect becomes even stronger when she wears the whole artifact, she get more and stronger "arms". fun fact: her imp-form is the "shadow beast" transformation caused by the fused shadow, in her actual twili form she not longer wears it. maybe she then loses her hand-grab powers as well?
midna 5ever.
3spooky5midna
Edd: (Dat meens he loves her 1 more than 4ever)
I think if Zelda Wii U plays in the Timeline after Skyward Sword. The leader of the Dark Interlopers became the main Antagonist ;)
What's the background music at 4:40
Please. HMK what is the music at 4:40? It is amazing!!!
How about connecting Majora's Mask to this. After all, the eye of the Fused Shadows looks like the Eyes of Majora's Mask in the N64 version of Majora's Mask.
Dark interlopers before temple of time and Sacred realm
Imagine they make a Zelda game where you could choose your link'race
It would be nice if the Dark interlopers was in Zelda U.
Mr.Killa, I believe you might be talking too close to the microphone.
Great theory though.
my only question is, why in that cinematic from Twilight Princess, where they were telling the story about the interlopers, did they use Link's model to represent them?
You will have to update this video or do a part 2 after BOTW sequel
Hey ***** how do you get all this idea, knowledge, and theory for KH and Zelda?
what if twili are gerudo+sheikah thus leading to banishment
Isn't it weird link appears after some Great War
Wasn't the tear added to the eye symbol after a betrayal?
TickedOff Priest That was something from the Manga, which isn't Canon, and was proven false by Skyward Sword
so after the shieka turned girahim into majoras mask and he was sealed away for bieng to powerful to control ome of the shieka used thier own magic to creat a similar power which again corrupted the users forsing the gods to take action with this in mind the quote from lanaru "those who do not know the danger of wielding power will soon be ruled by it." really means a lot more than most would think
I love your theories! You should do more!
She didnt say it wasnt
Obviously they weren't banished or wiped out because Impaz is still alive.
So is fanati there's a theory that she's a sheika
She's referencing OoT, this theory would have happened long before, not to mention he never said they were wiped out, they split.
Alisse Akashia This theory isn't saying ALL of them were banished or wiped out. If there used to be 2,000 Sheikah and 1,900 were banished to the Twilight Realm, there's still be 100 who could continue the job in the shadows, build villages, etc.
Why no hectic days
PLEASE SOMEONE WHAT IS THE SONG 3:40-5:30????
It's Shiek's theme.
Zero Reborn sorry for the "sizable" comment
The Gerudo, get Hylian boyfriends, and just have a bunch of girls, and only a boy once every 100 years
I dont think this will work because of the yiga
If so, why would they spare Impaz?
So would you say... that this happened before ocarina of time? Say maybe around the time of the hyrulian civil war?
Because if we can agree that it did happen before or during ocarina of time, then that would mean that the twilight realm existed before meaning... that the twilight realm does indeed exist in all three timelines, but has only actually been explored in 1.
And it would make sense that the events of TP dont happen in either the adult or fallen hero timeline because ganondorf wasn't banished to the twighlight realm. Just my thought.
Did the interloper war happen before OOT?
Probably
Daraga
right before it.
Daraga
in fact LITERALLY right before it. links mom brought him to the great deku tree because she tried to escape the civil war. she was fatally injured and died soon after and links father was a hyrulian knight. he died with all the knights causing link from OOT to be the last knight... unless you count twilight princess link being his biological descendant.
Daraga Way before OOT, and the Interloper War IS NOT The Hyrulean Civil War
*****
but wasn't the civil war over who gains access to the scared realm. with the hylain's winning but losing all their elite soldiers the hyrulian knights. later to be reformed in twilight princess.
o always thought the twili were the banished gerudo ;x
there is actualy a theory (which i also believe) that the interloopers were a mix of sheikah and gerudo and the twili are descendants of both races. there are three major "evidences" if you can call it so or merely clues
1. they both practice shadow magic (the weakest argument) but they are at least both capable magic users.
2. midna *and* zant both have redd-ish hair (among with sheikah eyes)
3. various logos found in the shadow realm and equipment of midna and zant are variations of *both* sheikah and gerudo logos
....but the big question is; if wolf link is in breath of the wild, is midna!!!.... she is on the amiibo too..... if wolf link is taken as a serious part of the story then he would have to be an anceint link from the time of the twilight princess era - and it could only make sense by means of that version of link being able to time travel to the future - link was also not able to transform back to human form for a while so it must be a time travel event before the aid of the Light Spirit Faro where he is able to transform back to being a human, otherwise he would simply transform into a human in breath of the wild and be like what the hell happened here! and sick blue rags bro!
ZELDA THEORIE!!! WOOOHOOOO!
Red eyes, ninjas-like abilities, magic shadow powers, HMMM... MOTHER OF HYLIA. Sheikahs = Uchiha Clan confirmed.
Red eyes lol. Never seen impa use amaterasu tho
True dat. If she could have, we wouldn't have needed to do the Shadow Temple in OoT.
Hated that place lol. And the water temple.
the interlopers never made majoras mask. the fierce deity did in the manga, which is canon ...
It's noncannon
The only Manga that can be debated as canon is the Skyward Sword manga.
Its been a very long time since they were vanished, also we only saw Midna and Zant's true form since we only saw other twili in the imp form the were cursed into
I liked it
The interlopers seem more gerudo like to me
The problem with that is the fact that the gerudo disappeared way after the interloper war. And as the race seems to be the opposite of gerudo, with there being a lot of male twili and 1 female twili (Midna) while gerudo are all female and there's only a male gerudo every 100 years
MasterGameplay
Yeah a lot of people seem to overlook this.
I now know why people say Midna is hot
Interlopers=Zonai
it's heavilu implied that Majora's Mask is made by the interlopers, and to stop that mask from destroying all of Termina the hero of time aided by the goddess of time was needed. they were some hard, dangerous mofugga's
