RIP Sgt. Swartz. Clearly a very honorable man. P.S. Something I liked that you pointed out in this video is the presence of mind of the officer to use a concrete elevation as a back stop. Yep. It's also a dereliction of your constitutional oath and an affirmation of your conflicting oath(s). I have no sympathy for the enforcing officers in these situations.
It always amazes me how these people can be completely out of options and yelling "I'm dead!" or "I can't breathe!", yet they continue to resist/fight while being arrested.
Man, I've watched your channel for a long time, and appreciate what you do, Donut. Never thought one of yours would hit so close to home. Sgt. Swartz, along with the other deputies, ran security at the church I attend because they have a remote office within the church. I would see him a few times a week cracking jokes and keeping the peace. At the funeral, the entire bottom floor of the sanctuary was filled with law enforcement, with bikers and others filling the second floor...pretty powerful and I couldn't hold it together just walking in there. He was a great man and will be greatly missed by the church community and the OKC community at large.
Not just another person’s life, a police officer’s life. Those dudes would’ve hunted him down and treated him like a wild animal if it wasn’t for the legal system. He’s lucky to be alive after what he did. Police don’t take kindly to people killing their own.
Yes, but the police officer knew the Deputy was VERY emotional and amped up, which is absolutely understandable, but he did the right thing because the last thing they all needed was a f@cking lawsuit from some POS attorney on behalf of this POS Pu$$y, for excessive force. And the Deputy had his M4 pressed against the scum bag and in the heat of the moment one sympathetic trigger pull/discharge and that Deputy's life is ruined too. So I understand it and see both sides. It would have been great if there wasn't 500 witnesses with smart phones right there!
It’s genuinely what you say when a cop tasers you several times despite having your hands in the position they’re commanding at gun point.... they all got too wrapped up emotionally in an officer shooting, you can tell with how the officer with the ar throws the suspect to the floor without moving his ar or removing the sling so just throws his ar at the ground while still slinged. I support the work they do... just do it professionally
I live in okc. When the officers funeral happened, streets were packed. We could not even leave the neighborhood. I remember the day it happened, I watched the suspect get the shit beat out of him. Before anyone tries to ask "Why did the MPs just stand by?" just know MPs cannot engage a civilian until the base has been breached. It is NOT military police's job to handle civilian law enforcement matters. Once the suspect dropped his weapon, the threat to the base temporarily ended. Had he passed the barrier, then he would have been their problem.
Interesting, it explains why they stood by and watched as the police caught him as he approached the barrier. I won't lie; I was curious to know what would follow if he did manage to enter the base. 😅
@@alansilvero Being a former Security Forces member (Airforce MP), basically the same thing that happened in the video would happen to him since he was unarmed. He would of been tasered, tackled and placed in handcuffs unless he somehow made it to an area where deadly force is authorized. Bullshit, are your laws so damn fucked up, that a MP can't take on a person clearly doing wrong? Still near a military installation! Ofc they can act, they did not because the cops where right there. Or else they would take him...
As someone from Oklahoma, this really shook our community. The police department left his patrol vehicle outside and people left flowers. They had a memorial for him as well and the other officer injured was released from the hospital that same day. I can’t imagine how his family feels at this time but he won’t be forgotten.
if you put on that uniform you are a VALID TARGET for anyone who has any problem with what any police officer did anywhere at any time. that is what it means to be wear the same uniform. you are a group and identify as part of the group, you cannot then wish to be treated as an individual when something bad happens to you for it ...
@@jhanks2012 That's гεtαгdεd, by that rationale people should all be treated differently based on their race or uniformed occupation. They can't be considered individuals because they're part of a group, right?
I am surprised the security didn't dust him. If someone tries to run into the Vt air guard base at the Burlington,Vt airport, the guards are instructed to shoot first, and then ask questions about the dead body.
@@scottcampbell4678 I had secfo buddies in the Air Force. From my experience and talking to them most of the dudes guarding the gate are lower ranks like A1C and every now and then SrA. It's kinda considered grunt work because you stand there for 12 hours scanning peoples ID's. There's usually an NCO somewhere nearby like in one of the booths at the gate. Point being the first line of contact is with airmen mostly fresh from tech school in their early 20's or younger. Probably not too keen on shooting anybody.
@@edwardseverinsen5598 Then you never ran into guys like the ones at the VtARNG base. They are all in the 30s to 40s range. They are all fully armed. They make it obvious just who is the boss. And since they are Vermonters, most grew up around and with guns. They know how and won't hesitate to use them.
@@scottcampbell4678 I can only speak from my experience. I just separated from the Air Force and I've been to like 5 different bases during the time I was active duty and then reserve. I don't know what to tell you. My experience with secfo, which is specific to the Air Force, is that they mostly see no action besides airmen coming back onto the base drunk. Now, I have no idea how the *Army* National Guard operates which would be ARNG as you mentioned in your comment. But as far as I've seen ANG isn't gung ho or ready to gun people down. And if there's some weekend warrior at the gate of an ANG base mean mugging people and itchin to kill he needs to be relieved of his duty. Because he sounds like a boot and shouldn't be holding a gun. Mostly the only time secfo is gonna see action is maybe on a deployment.
@@edwardseverinsen5598 VtARNG is a premier air guard unit. They always get the best equipment. That is why they got the first F-35s to go to an air guard. The ForceSec guys are Vermonters. May he rest in peace and to some of his family members that I attended highschool with, may you guys find your peace.
That was a different officer. The Edmond officer that was killed was a motor unit, sitting at a traffic light. He was struck by a guy that was DUI. This case involved OK Co Sheriff's Dept deputies.

The man then proceeded to go through Gate 1 of Fort Campbell, KY and then the military police were involved. None of the officers were injured and the suspect was finally captured 45 minutes later after 2 MP's, a city police officer and 4 deputies (one of them my older sister on her first day on patrol) boxed the suspect in at a motor pool parking area. True that and he gave up like such a little wuss too didn’t want to be shot like he shot those officers
Wait but he is in custody now right? …right?
Sending prayers her way from Winchester, va. This is so sad.
The reaper is coming😈
❤❤❤ Your play by play makes the video much better ❤
“One of the officer wives who probably wanted us to salute her too” this absolutely killed me 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Worst of it is- they DO act like that!
This one hits close to home. I remember when the news first broke. I’m an Oklahoma native and it always hurts to hear the loss of a brother or sister in blue
goofy ahh uncle productions
Same here. I was waiting for this video
What the hell
@Donut Ореrator 🅥 wait is this the real donut operator?
@@thanosianthemadtitanic No it’s a bot
I can feel the rage in every trigger pull of that taser. :')
Those tazes at the end felt so good
You know what, Donut.. I think you talk just the right amount.
Put my college homework on hold for this video. Worth it.
Same.
Wait college started?
Oh shit my essay
What time is it where you are hahahah
Same
Rest In Peace Sgt. Bobby Swartz, thank you for your service to your community and country. 🇺🇸
4:40 i love the disappointment in your voice "he got ta hit da button on nere"
I remember after this happened, they had a rolling funeral over I-44. I never seen so many police too. There were so many scattered around the city as well- back the blue biker gangs were around, and police from around the surrounding cities were around too. God bless the Sergeant who lost his life.
While driving recklessly and shooting at police officers he’s telling himself he’s an American Badass… when he’s being tackled by police to put him in handcuffs, he complains about the force they are using to restrain him.. yea, you get to be pampered there, princess!
Sometimes the cops bend the rules a little bit.
Heck, sometimes the bad guys do, too.
The logic is absolutely bonkers.
@@porkchop3328 I mean...if the officer broke his arm that would be nice. Saying he did kill someone.
They were obviously using excessive force.
The poor officer who shot at him as he drove by has to live with the fact he had one chance to make the world a better place.
"One of those idiot officer wives who want us to salute her too." My man, this is how I know you were a Gate Sentry at some point in time. Oh.... the good ol' days.
Donut is one of they very few who i actually like his talking in the videos.
“One of those office wives that wanted us to salute them too” 😂 i swear that was too accurate
As a locksmith. Evictions are such a normal job I do every week. These officers are just doing their job. This is just terrible that someone will kill another person over something they don’t own. My condolences to all that are hurting from this tragedy. May you find some kind of comfort knowing the Lord is with us
Was he being evicted from a house or apartment? I can understand losing your job then the bank trying to take your house away someone decided to go out in a blaze of glory. But from what I’ve heard doesn’t seem to be that in this case.
@@never_forget9431 The Lord spoke about things of this world only being temporary. You can’t take them to the next world. To even think of sympathizing with someone’s actions of this nature shows how immature you are mentally and spiritually
@@never_forget9431 if you are getting evicted, you dont own the property, so a house or apartment doesnt matter
@@never_forget9431 Being evicted means you didn't own the property in the first place.
@@maximaldinotrap Yeah sorry I meant foreclosure, not eviction.
I knew Bobby personally, he was an amazing person. May he rest in piece
you knew Bobby pork chops?
Sure you do man.
Yeah, him and my father were friends, I didn't know him too well, but I still knew him
@@kentgil2526 Of course he does, just like all the other people commenting similar things on this video. Gotta farm that karma
@@Jeremyxyx well you can think im full of it, that's your right, but I promise I'm telling the truth
You know your a good man when your friends say you had the worst dad jokes ever with a smile on their face.
@markasread4349incorrect he’s going off of what friends and family members spoke of him. Your comment was spoken out of ignorance.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the officer, his family and friends 🙏
Your prayers arent doing anything
hearing him yell “i’m dead” while getting tazed is a beautiful moment
Hilarious.
he thought it was a match of warzone😂
Shouldn't have been saying it at all. I'm at Wright Patterson Airforce Base and this guy wouldn't have made it to gate MPs on the road would have taken lead as soon as he got close to base. They do it all the time.
The dude yelling "stop!" like he was playing a fucking game of tag makes me kinda wish they weren't using a taser when they got him.
The fact that anyone could sue us for defending ourselves is truly pathetic.
I think it's because it's easy to claim self defense when you straight up murder someone so you still have to go to court so it can be confirmed a lawful action still sucks but necessary
As I always say. If someone breaks into your home you better either end them or put them in a coma on life support for months
The fact that there’s insurance that is for people who plan to shoot someone in their house is equally unusual. How’s having this not showing some premeditation?
@@TheDeadKingsRaven honestly yhea its a bit weird but i dont think it shows premeditation considering you still have to go through the court system have a investigation and all the same shit your bassicly just haveing a lawyer on standby instead of fumbleing to get one if it ever happens
@@TheDeadKingsRaven well if you think about it self defense or defending property is usually premeditated. Doesn't mean it's criminal though, just means you plan for the worst.
Those Security Forces guys were like “wtf is going on” 😂😂😂 most excitement they will probably ever get in their careers 😂😂
Probably right. But I’m more concerned that they weren’t ready to handle a threat. No matter how confused. A random shirtless crazy storming the gate and cops everywhere they should have reacted appropriately
@@crawlermonkey They probably never saw the AR and there’s no way they would’ve known about the cop being shot. The security forces at the gates are usually new and not the brightest usually 😂
As SF; We ARE very much trained to handle threats. That’s mostly what we do and train to. But yeah they were probably not paying attention, didn’t see said gun, and it all Happened so fast. (Which it always happens very fast). But thankfully the local cops were already right there on him too. Plus we have certain rules and very limited jurisdiction.
@@blakegooch4705 I have stood duty at the gate. We know what’s going on. We are always paired with a senior person. We are trained to do what we must to ensure base security at all times. There’s no I was caught off guard. It’s literally are duty to be on guard the whole time.
@@zealousideal you are right. They weren’t paying attention. But a man rushing the gate will be dropped or tackled. Lack of discipline made this what it was. The man literally ran up on them. I’m sure this was a learning experience though. We all have those. I am not perfect either and I was caught off guard on a ship board fire for a few seconds until my brain reacted and I went to my training. Also Most likely the first real crises moment of their lives. That fire was mine. After that never had an issue responding immediately as I should no matter the task.
The military police are just standing there thinking like "What the fck is happening right now bro?" lol
This dude tried to steal a Lazer jet to terrorize the lobby. Good thing he was a noob who doesn't know how the best way to steal one yet.
In all seriousness, may the officer who passed rest in peace. Mad respect for what ya'll do.
Homie forgot to jump the fence, beta move
@@pulse3732 He thought he could just drive in as if he owns a hangar there. Smh..
It's very interesting listening to someone that knows what they're talking about break down a video I appreciate you talking so much
I was a Air Force Security Policeman (retired in 93). I can assure you, back then weapons would have been drawn. I think theses guy just saw a million cops behind this guy and figured they had the situation in hand.
They are MPs but the base is 80% civilian with about 0% classified information or top brass. What the military goes hardcore to protect isnt really there. The mps are pretty chill. Plus people turn in there accidently ALOT. iv almost done it like 4 times now
@@GreyBlackWolf I was wondering if that's why he pulled in there. Some gates are hard to distinguish from regular roads.
Maybe they were all augmentees? I can hope so anyways. Maybe all the good SF got kicked out or retired and this is the bottom of the barrel. Maybe all the competent defenders were at another mandatory SHARP powerpoint.
They did have weapons drawn
@@haloreachfreakify I had to stop and pause it, yes they got them out late, but at least it was done. The cop was right on top of the guy, so they could not aim at him. I stand corrected.
When were you on Norfolk naval base? I have been stationed there since May of 2012
Our sincere condolences to Sgt. Swartz family ! Our prayers are with each of you ! God Bless your family !
