If there are specific athletes that are pro-war and being used as propaganda in anyway to worsen the conflict then send their asses to their country where they can play if they want to and ban them from the official tour using the due process that abides by rules not just emotions.

Her coach before Carlos got pretty shitty with Dasha and her performance level fell badly in 2019. I think Carlos got very controlling and didn't want Natasha around at tournaments. Deal breaker.
