She looks like a really nice person on and off the court. I’ve been watching her girlfriend’s vlogs and they are super funny and lovely people. Happy to see her win, hope she will get the trophy!

She’s so lovely. Happy she is having success on clay- hard court is very tough with her game style

She won this event a few years ago and got to the French Open sf last year. Clay suits her game.

Very well said Dasha! 👏👏 Trash talk has no place in tennis! Leave it to the Yankees and their WWE BS to trash talk. Tennis is all about sports(wo)manship.

Love her authenticity. Glad Russians and Belarusians get to play an express their passion. Hopefully there will be a better way to find peace in the world than banning players who didn't do anything to start the conflict and whose only form of income is their ability to play and win. Tennis is a meritorious sport that only rewards talent. If you are winning then you are successful. It's hard entertainment. It's not WWE that is staged but real art form that depends on your ability to win. It's not the Oscars or some award ceremony that is a campaign of who is most popular. It doesn't matter whether people like you or not. If you're winning it is because you're good.and better than your opponent. Just like in the case here. She's being interviewed because she won the match. That's why the sport has also rewarded athletes like Serena and Venus along with so many black greats and people from marginalized groups. Tennis and sports in general rewards talent. So banning players who really are representing themselves not their country is not a good idea. Let them tour just like musicians and make a living. Their ability to play hurts no one. If there are specific athletes that are pro-war and being used as propaganda in anyway to worsen the conflict then send their asses to their country where they can play if they want to and ban them from the official tour using the due process that abides by rules not just emotions.

Her coach before Carlos got pretty shitty with Dasha and her performance level fell badly in 2019. I think Carlos got very controlling and didn't want Natasha around at tournaments. Deal breaker.
