I remember going over to Gulf Shores Alabama years ago, and we stopped at this little concrete bridge that had crystal clear water flowing from the Gulf to a little inland lake. The water was so clear, you could see blue and stone crabs everywhere. We put on a mask, snorkel and fins and with a dip net we scooped up all the crabs we could fit into our little ice chest, but we only removed one claw from the stone crabs. That was the one and only time I have ever experienced catching that many crabs that fast. Not even sure if it was legal to do it like that, but we did feast on crabs that evening. Loved the video Rob and your bearnaise sauce was true perfection!
Ive been working double shifts everyday up here in manhattan..Im a bartender its tought work. 12 hours 6 days a week..I was really upset today because I thought I was going to be able to pay rent and all bills and have extra for sushi...But I didnt and Im eating the usual tuna fish light mayo n wheat bread and some green beans...little salt. Its boring and definitely not Blue fin tuna roll...But after watching this you helped me realized 10:00 at this moment..That I have a full plate of food regardless whats on the plate! and all my bills are paid! No doubt it's fun to live in Manhatten, but you should consider moving away once you've had your fill of the city life. It's so hard to afford to live there.

Rob and Sarah, My dad instilled in me the love of the outdoors so everything about your show I love. I love to cook and Rob you make it look so simple. I miss Florida so much. I grew up in Jacksonville and I spent 13vyears in Ft. Lauderdale. My son lives in Lake Worth so I come your way as often as I can. Just a shameless plug. My son works for himself and his business is home security. His business name is B&R Solutions( Bryan Rice). That Kid is in the ocean quite often fishing and he has also instilling in his kids the love of the outdoors.But the thing I love the most is the fact you display an attitude of gratitude to the Creator. The shows are so wholesome especially how you include your whole family. So from one avid outdoorsman to another, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would have kept all those catfish!!! Yummerzzzzzz!!!! I used to catch blue crabs with a net in bare feet in the sands of southern Long Island back in the 1990's during my visits there! Caught loads of blue fish also. Popper on the surface. One evening I caught seven in less than an hour! AH! The memories! God bless ya!

That deer made my mouth water. I leave about half the silver skin on when I make jerky because some people like it chewy. Steaks are different though, but I always save it for fish bait. Large mouth love it, among other things.
Just got home tonight from a cruise out of Miami. We have a Publix here in NC but I can only get the original Everglades seasoning and the rub. Went to a Publix in Miami. Got the fish and chicken and also the Cactus dust. Need to find the heat. Love the original especially on eggs. Thanks for the videos and the suggestion for the seasoning. So far I love them all. Will try the new ones soon.
