@@1stsaitama343 i guess i could've used more in this MU, still TMM knows the MU well and some of the times i went for stances mix i was stopped. But i appreciate the feedback. 🙏
Very enjoyable set, two atypical characters playing poke heavy block and counter instead of Tekken 7s launch for 70% of their health combos. Reminds me of the older games.
@Baby gimme Feet Older games never got patched, t4 today would be immediately fixed and would be less broken than this clown fiesta game, called t7. Yes lee in t4 could infinite you, today after 3 days you would get a patch that would immediately fix it. So yeah t4 > t7
@@nine5693 Ya people seem to forget that little detail. Sure you had 2 or 3 characters that could do it, but it wasn't the norm and more of an exploit. They would be patched out in the modern day. Watching T4, and T5 is way more enjoyable than T7.
Like him or not, you gotta respect him. Steve has to work his ass off. He has no 50/50 gimmicky bs, no 3 way grab mix up, the slowest nh launchers in the game, lows that tickle & a staple df2 ch combo that not just any ol Steve enjoyer can pull off consistently, if at all. If you're not punishing everything or getting ch's (which also aren't free) you're not getting any damage. & that requires match up knowledge plus reaction time. So for those who complain about him being so safe, this is why. Cause nothing's free lol.
He has little very little bs Imo S2 rage drive Guard break Much better lows than in the past well that's not just Steve that's just tekken 7 buffing system Still coolest character absolutely no character can do what Steve can
@Filipe I think what they mean is it's easier to encounter a steve that can't utilize his potential. hence why he has such a high losing rate across the board.
@Filipe I didn't mean it literally, it's not like you can expect to win with any character by literally not knowing what to do. But like the players who know characters like Steve very well are monsters
Yeah same here. I can't explain why exactly, but there's just something about TMM's way to play Steve. I really like it and always try to incorporate some of the stuff into my own gameplay.
I'm really bad at Tekken but i've always loved Steve and tried to play him as best I can. It's always been so fun seeing good players play Steve, I loved watchin JDCR play him in the height of season 2(? might have been 3). I felt bad when people said Steve was OP and too easy/good (in all fairness he probably was, but it's not like it makes a difference when you can barely land a single BnB combo on anyone in the cast) and it's been fun seeing people's opinion on him shift more towards the positive side. I think most people seem to always like Steve as a concept, there was just a time when he was too strong and people rightfully acknowledged that. Seeing you finally play him is such a treat, and the title of this video makes me feel so weirdly proud about Steve being the only character I even slightly know how to play (I don't know how to play characters with kicks lol) and I'm very happy to watch it. Thanks TMM, making me want to try getting back into Tekken again lol
Don't worry bro just keep playing him and you'll eventually get hang of it. Give it some time. Don't dive into advanced stuff early, clear your basics and start from there. The best thing you can do to improve in something is to just constantly do it again and again
ruclips.net/video/vsWPtiizF1M/видео.html its called crimset sunset from tekken 5 most if not all the music in that video was tekken 5 music or one of the tekken old soundtracks.
honestly i see this and then i see what i find in green ranks, wich is my rank now, and the only thing that i can see different is the moving, damn that lee be running the whole stage in a second
Steve main. He is very fucking hard to play.. a nightmare to win with and it sucks when people just look at him and overestimate B1. I wish they would play him in high level to understand why he’s 3rd worst online winrate%
Some people just like to play a fundamental playstyle, although imo with Lei he could do way better if he took advantage of what Lei is known for, but respect neverless for playing like that.

This should be common knowledge at this point yet people still dont know it🤷
It sucks he doesn’t have a nh launcher, b2 is just a quick stun.
