His attorney has already filed a motion to dissolve the TRO on the grounds of: 1. The court not having jurisdiction to grant it due to her mandotory arbitration clause. 2. She does not meet the requirements for an Ex Parte TRO 3. They were not given adequate notice per TRCP 680. So, we are waiting on the judge to rule. In sum, I’ve been in front her of judges many times and never got a TRO granted Ex Parte for matters more extreme than a label blocking music 🙄 the judge was paid.

Why aren’t any outlets reporting that? If the TRO was not ex parte, it wouldn’t have been granted. They are due to have a hearing today
