U can use this technique for one goal at a time n use it for multiple goal at same time for both (u have to visualise n feel multiple goals n one goal at a time )
Before using this technique u need to make urself happy by doing few things like hug ur close one or may be parents n say luv u thank u thn use this technique.
Another way is to make urself happy by watching children giggling videos on you tube thn do this technique 👍👍
U can use steel or any other glass by making energy transformation 🤔
