The biggest problem in India is the Westminster style democracy which has brought chaos. It has to be dismantled before the country is destroyed. We need a presidential system and a strong central government that is willing to make tough decisions for the security of the country. If that means imprisoning large numbers of people to pre-empt the threats, it should be done. What is needed is one decade of a 'emergency' style rule with zero tolerance for any funny business, it will solve the problems.
