How to use the HDZero menu on the Emax Tinyhawk III Plus HD

For analog video transmitters, we use the OSD menu to configure and modify settings. However, on the HDZero video transmitter there is an additional menu you can use to more quickly change channels and settings on the VTX.

How are you normally supposed to find this information? Google is impossible. It's weird how sparse the info from hdzero is.
