Bharat got its Independence on 21 October 1943 and our first Prime Minister was Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. This Independence was recognized internationally by 11 countries. Our history's biggest error needs to be corrected.
That is an illogical argument. During October 1943 , it was British India. Lot of waste land got separated from India during 1947 August month and princely states were officially united with India . Republic of India was formed and granted independence on 15 August 1947

Even if he was alive, do you think he would have won against Nehru with the people's vote?? Nehru was very popular with the people. Years before independence he had been working with the ordinary people of India, farmers etc. Patel didn't do that. He may have been popular with the congress party members and Nehru may have been disliked because he was educated abroad, was young, vibrant and full of enthusiam. Sardar Patel was in 70s. No comparison but narrow minded indian congress members did not like him same as they don't like Rahul now who is liberal minded. He was also educated abroad. You automatically become broadminded when you look at the world at large.
When we got our freedom, Nehru had to start the economy from scratch. Usa refused to help, he turned to Russia who helped. For the first year there were riots in punjab and bengal. Both Nehru and Sardar Patel requested Mountbatten to help because they said they were inexperienced in governing the country. Mountbatten agreed after they signed in front of other members. I know people make fun of this as well, not realising the circumstances. Riots had to be stopped and if they had to take the help of british, they did no wrong. Nehru brought up the country from scratch. Dams built, schools reorganised, IIT, AIIMS, Hospitals, other industries, even the bhabha institute. What he didn't do?? And we are criticising him, trying to make him small, trying to be ungrateful to a person who gave all??
It is like criticising our parents after they have done everything for us!! Who doesn't make mistakes. One person's idea is not necessary appealing to all,but to say they were blunders by this person is shameful. I have never never come across any britisher,american or european criticising their forefathers like indians do. Shameful for us that we have no reapect for our foundibg fathers. Why??? Just to please one person??? Who doesn't even have a decent background??
Nehru congratulated bajpai for his article criticising Nehru. Would the present political leaders feom any party have the decency to do it?? You can see the debate on indian channels by members of different political parties. They never acknowledge their weaknessess, instead always attacking the other. Nehru's own son in law Feroz Gandhi who was in the parliament criticised some of Nehru's policies which Nehru excepted. But to remark on him personally is not good. He is not alive to counter it. I would like to know what this person who claims to know history gains by criticising Nehru's policies. Many came after Nehru, why don't we discuss their policies or the policies of the present govt??

Wrong! He was the British choice. Gandhi was the enforcer of that choice by proxy. Think about it. Which PM would better suit their designs? Gandhi, whether he knew it or not, was a British stooge. Why was he allowed to rise to prominence and amass large crowds? Because his principle of nonviolence suited the British. It allowed the subjugated Indians to vent their frustration without resorting to violent revolutionary approaches. Every time the freedom movements initiated by Gandhi did turn violent, he was quick to pull it back. And what Gandhi could not control, the British did with brutal crackdowns.

So, jealousy started by the most of the then political leaders towards Respected Subhash Bose and they have eliminated him from country. They have not stopped their jealousy even after Bose's departure and it was extended to a big extent for which we do not know the date of death of our actual hero of the country till date.
