Was this really recorded in December? I haven't lived in Philly in over thirteen years, but I can't say I recall ever seeing autumn leaves at that time of year. Must be an effect of climate change.
It was actually during Covid and the city was was completely shutdown, even in December 2020. Covid restrictions didn’t fully let up until mid summer in 2021
