I think it would be cool if you could add an Elevator sabotage. Fire it off, all elevators freeze and anyone inside has X seconds to pry open a door and get out, or they die. I also think elevators should be marked on the map.
After you create something that's been in your head, the specifics all go out the window, even if you use it regularly. That's how it is with me at least.
It's also that after all the changes that happen in development it can be tricky to memorise exactly what the current version is like and forget how it used to be. I'm guessing that that room didn't have a vent for months but now it does or the room is somewhere else or the hallway was a different shape or etc etc
Easy way to nerf the vents by simply putting a sound everyone can hear when someone enters a vent. If you need to nerf them more then that individual sounds for the vents so people can learn where to look for who vented.
