Muslims do fasting during ramzan, Christians do fasting during LENT, many hindus do fasting during navratra and on tuesday. Not eating non-veg ever is great but not eating non-veg on certain days atleast gives you some self-control. Ulhas bhai has no self-control, he could face problems because of that.
