This essentially is a game jam all in itself. Each of these games was by a different dev team, and I'm assuming each dev team had a separate seven days.
A lot of it was smart use of existing assets. This is a great example of why unity store assets are not the problem with asset flips; this tiny team used the store to reduce the time load needed because they had a clear vision of what they wanted, and the net result is putting together a genuinely fun little game in just seven days. It also makes the shoddy quality of asset flips and Gilson-type garbage games even worse, because many of those took longer and cost more to make than this, and it's better than all of those put together.
For the record, there is a (brief) ending to the collection if you beat all the games, so if you haven't already, you might want to try clearing Hands of Fate again offscreen to see if the collection registers it this time!

So they get to see a whole lot more than we do, and even if you crank up your brightness or gamma you still won't be able to see it since it technically doesn't exist in the video itself. It's why you'll see a lot of streamers and such will actually increase game brightness beyond what the game tells them to.
